Great location! However I was not impressed with the service. My room wasn’t cleaned for 3 days despite requesting it in the system. I asked for the manager but he/she never contacted me. Hotel has so much potential but the service needs to improve drastically

The Meridian Hotel is very well located, impeccably clean, with lots of vegetation. It has a nice chill-out room and a decorative swimming pool. That said, it is a little overpriced. The staff at the front desk could be friendlier.

It was a beautiful hotel in a good location and the stay itself was satisfactory. I think the staff was very polite as well.

The street is a bit far from the hot beach street, but it is still walkable. There is also the sea within a short walk! The hotel itself is very pretty and the material is from Santorini.. I met the bar teacher in the room..It's quite sad...If you're careful about that part, the staff are also nice..(But a little bit..the kind of generosity that Koreans don't like.. )

The hotel was so small and quaint. Very cute and cozy. The staff is very chill and attentive. Luis took excellent care of us and recommended local spots. The location is walkable. Beach 5min walk. Great service. Also the pool is smaller than it seems but warm and yummy!

Valeria was an amazing host who helped my friends to check in this beautiful clean hotel. The beds were clean and and well kept. The ambiance gives a nice soft luxury. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay with your girlfriends!!

Great for stay pre cruise , staff are exceptional, mila for coffee and snacks is amazing, highly recommend , bar prices are quite high but then we found out every where in miami is expensive, would definitely return if ever coming back if just to see staff again

Valeria checked us in yesterday at the Meridian, she was very professional and courteous. Offered us water and asked us about our stay plans. Valeria escorted us to the room to verify everything was in order. Valeria is a perfect host and I wish every hotel had a Valeria !

The hotel is in a good location, very close to the beach and nice places to eat. Alex and Luis were also very helpful and kind whilst we stayed there as we had numerous issues, some of which they were able to help resolve. Having said this, I would never stay here again. The check-in was very unwelcoming and other than the code for our room we were given no other information, we also had no towels in our room when we arrived. Our room wasn’t cleaned for days (we were told we had to request this, which we should have been told at check in), and when we requested for a room clean, we didn’t actually get one until 2 days later. The hallways absolutely stink of mould and damp, the towels all have stains on them, and the housekeeping staff consistently forget to bring fresh ones. The deck chairs by the pool are all broken, rusty, and falling apart. The Gate is locked at night and we weren’t told how to get in (again, would have been useful to be told this at check in). We were given late check out after receiving such a bad service, and then still locked out of our room anyway. This happened to our friends who paid for late check out too. All in all, as lovely as some of the staff were, I would avoid this hotel if you want to have a stress free holiday. it's definitely not a 4* service.

I just got back from an amazing stay at the MeridianHotel in Miami Beach, and I can’t recommend it enough! Right when I walked in, the staff welcomed me with big smiles, making the check-in process super easy. The lobby had a fun vibe that instantly made me feel relaxed, setting the perfect tone for my getaway. The area was fantastic. I loved the comfy bed and all the little touches, like free bottled water. The rooftop pool was a highlight, and having close enough beach access was a game-changer. Whether I was chilling by the pool or taking a quick walk on the beach, it was pure bliss. But the real cherry on top was the customer service. The staff went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed, even offering great suggestions for local spots. It felt like they genuinely cared about making my stay special. I left feeling refreshed and already planning my next trip.

From the very first day, Luis did everything he could to ensure our stay went smoothly. We met him several years ago, and thanks to him, we have returned consistently over the years. This hotel is very pleasant, and the service is excellent. I’ll be back again!

Excellent service, pleasant, professional and patient, food, drinks,Room service,staff, proximity of the location.me and my family had 3rooms while on vacation in south beach,Miami and highly recommend this to anyone coming alone or with a big party will have a excellent time
