excellent location, well equipped room facilities, nothing to complain, good choice anyway

Location and size of the hotel is very good , the service over there extremely poor Never tidy up the room even don’t change the tused towels

This was my second time there with my family. We spent a week there. The Elser has truly become our second home. Their staff is amazing. George at the front desk goes above and beyond. John, our bellman is very nice as well. He kept us entertained with his jokes and stories. The view from the room is marvelous!!! Truly a gem!

We chose to stay here on the first night of our honeymoon! This hotel is so beautiful. The staff is wonderful and the room is excellent! The view off of the balcony is amazing!!!! The room is fully equipped and customer service is wonderful!!! I would definitely stay here again!!! We arrived around 1:35am and was met at the door to help us with our bags and welcome us to the hotel. I didn’t expect the pleasant surprise, atmosphere, and sweet scent when we walked through the door! So very luxurious!!!

This is a great hotel that was centrally located to what I had to do in Miami. That all being said the rooms were not quiet as I could hear mechanical noises all night that kept me up.

The location is great near kaseya, bayside market and church. The hotel is clean and elegant. The staff are helpful and accommodating. Love the pool area and it’s overlooking level. Thanks

One of the best hotels in Miami imo

The upgraded two-bedroom, one-living room room is perfect for three or four people on vacation. There are two floors of fitness and swimming areas on the tenth floor. Overall it's pretty good.

The location is quite good, right next to the free downtown light rail station, the public security is also good, you can see the sea every day, there is 510 across the street to Miami Beach, and there are free trolleys to other areas of Miami, don't spend money,,

What I like is the new hotel, the hotel environment is excellent, the access is convenient, the room facilities are complete, the whole set of kitchen equipment (haha although I didn't use it), the washing and drying combination, the view of the bay, the L-shaped rooftop swimming pool, the two-story fitness equipment covers all the needs of fitness people, and the advanced elevator operation system. Must praise 👍👍👍But the parking fee is too expensive $55/night.

The hotel is near the Miami Heat home stadium, Bay Park and Freedom Tower. There are 8 elevators inside. You need to swipe your room card to get which elevator to take. The room is fully equipped with household facilities to meet cooking needs (no seasoning), as well as a refrigerator, washing machine and dryer. The room supplies are OK, but the cleaning is not timely. There is a gym and swimming pool on the 10th floor of the hotel.
