This hotel has a good price. It is a B&B, not a hotel, but it is very well-equipped. It has a kitchen, a large refrigerator, a microwave and free coffee. You can cook your own meals. It has a big yard, which is very comfortable and you can park your car! The boss' service is very good!

1) It lacked communication to meet up before check in .
2) Kitchen has no cooking pots with a sign “ no cooking at home”.

Very clean, safe, and affordable space to stay in Miami!
As someone who was staying at a hostel for the first time, I had a great experience. The manager and host go above and beyond to keep the space spotless (which was a first for me!), and the people I met were wonderful - very considerate and welcoming.
You’re also in a great spot - 10 min walk to Midtown, and 15 Design District, - and not too far ~1hr walk from bayside (although I recommend taking bus/driving) - and of course the options to explore Brickell, Miami Beach etc! There are lots of great food spots nearby especially in Midtown/DD and easy access to transportation.
Plus, you’re right by the heart of Wynwood ~20 min walk~ - so you get to enjoy beautiful artwork everywhere!
The area itself is okay, but it’s not a problem because you have everything you need nearby.
If you’re looking for affordable, reliable, welcoming, and clean, I recommend Graffiti Wynwood!
