Everything was cool, but the smoke alarm went off because I was in the shower to long. They did give free breakfast for the issue and gave us a better room tough.

There were roaches in my room , i spoke to the front desk and they had security come kill a roach that was on the wall , i took pictures and made videos on Roaches running around my room. I’m also waiting for the manner to respond back to my email due to me requesting of 3 days worth of my money back. Other than that the customer service was beauty and the works were nice

Hotel super well located and all the employees are super attentive, friendly and kind, beautiful views, close to all transport, shops and entertainment. Things to improve showers, larger bathrooms and more elevators

It starts in the lobby, despite the good first impression, you are treated like a chicken at the reception. Unfortunately, it continues in the room, there is dirt everywhere in the corners, there are stains on the bed sheets! The headrest of the bed is made of artificial leather, which was so brittle that individual flakes landed in your hair. Our room had apparently been painted recently, you could tell from the paint crumbs on the floor. The gap in the door was just as critical, you could practically see in from the hallway! The bathroom was also extremely old, the anti-slip mat in the shower was stained, and you could also find hair on the walls. Furthermore, the rooms don't have a refrigerator! Everything was very minimalist. I have never been so disgusted by a hotel room in my life as I was here - it's a miracle that I could even turn a blind eye. You pay a lot for parking ($100 for two days, even though it says $40 per night outside).

This hotel in the city, check out during the day, leave the luggage at the front desk, and go out to eat. 2 hours later, the luggage was turned over, all bank cards were stolen, more than 1,000 US dollars was stolen, and I was still buying shoes at a beach store. I checked that a black man was using it, and it was estimated that it was a hotel thief. family. The hotel does not admit it, saying that the monitoring is broken and so on, it's messy.

Bad smell in the room, dirty towels and the elevator is not sufficient for the building wait time when it’s not busy is nothing less than 5mins

I paid for a BAY VIEW room which cost quite a bit more than a regular room and we were put in floor 4 and could not see the bay at all. I specifically got this room for the bay view to see the cruise port since we were getting on a cruise the next day. My whole family was very disappointed that we were unable to see the bay at all as this has been a tradition for us prior to getting on a cruise ship. The front desk said there was nothing they could do at all. They said there was No other room options with the bay view, no partial refund, nothing. & I won’t even comment on the uncleanliness of the hotel. My family will not stay here again.

Well located to stay prior ro embarking on a cruise. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

I checked in at 3 but the room wasn’t ready and was told to come back in 30 mins. I tried to check in again at 5.30 but again the room wasn’t ready. A pretty unacceptable check in process.

The property is across the street from Biscayne market which is a cool place to grab a bite and drink

We booked a suite with bay view for two nights no cleaning between the two nights! Corridor outdoor unclean .
