Not too bad of a place however did smell very off in the hotel while I was there. Might need a deep clean on the carpet. The hotel is in a close enough distance to the airport

VERY GOOD HOTEL

Good Hotel! with an excellent location

This Hyatt hotel is a bit of a surprise. When I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, I was asked to wait until 3 o'clock to check in. Later, I was asked to add money and I could check in immediately. I was too lazy to talk nonsense and just swiped my card to check in. However, the next day, the credit card showed another consumption record prompt (not the consumption of extra money to stay), and four times in a row, because I activated the overseas card-less chargeback function, the payment was unsuccessful several times. I seriously suspect there is something wrong with the front desk of this hotel. In addition, this hotel does not have an airport shuttle, so it is blocked directly!

The road is a bit circuitous and it’s very new.

The transportation is convenient near the airport, and the food in the morning is very good 👍 The service at the counter is friendly!

Pool was nice and clean. Very nice hotel with an upscale feel to it! Beds were comfortable. We stayed in the double queen bed with a pull out couch. It was plenty of room . Breakfast was good! Only complaint the toasters were not near the food and I had to ask where they were. It wasn’t a huge deal, just odd! Lol I will definitely stay again !

Great hotel, very convenient to the airport and car rental. Room was spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. Great Breakfast was included.

When me and my husband arrived at the hotel the person at the lobby couldn’t find our reservation, I asked to speak to a manager and she said that ******* never contacted them about my room reservation. I called ******* customer service to speak with an agent and he couldn’t help me, after a paid for my hotel room through *******, I had to find another hotel in the area to stay over night. ******* is a scam, I need my money refund and I will never use your service ever again

Airport noise, No shuttle to airport and to cruise port. The front desk person didn’t like the third party booking.

The room was very good and the stay was comfortable. The breakfast was good, but needs some variety.

Hotel room was better than we expected. We were able to get into our room early for an extra charge that was perfectly fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

Our stay on 3/9 is average. But our reservation on 3/1 is a totally a disaster. Hyatt place is stating that we don't have reservation. I guess ******* screwed up our itinerary. They did not provide the hotel a confirmation. I am on the phone for a long time. Finally ******* got us another room at Red Roof hotel. After getting a room at Red Roof this manager at Hyatt place Miami try to stop us saying that he can help us after 5 hours of staying at the premises. What a Joke?
