Very good service and attention from the people at the desk and especially from the restaurant, especially Mrs. Martha, the breakfast food was delicious, good treatment and collaboration from the shuttle drivers, thank you very much for the service provided to all the employees of the Clarion Inn & Suites Miami International Airport Hotel. The location is very good because it is close to the airport and from there you could go to the Rent A Car and take public transportation to downtown Miami and other places.

I booked this hotel mainly for the convenience of going to the airport. We arrived half an hour early yesterday afternoon and waited in the lobby for nearly an hour before we were finally allowed to check in. The room is indeed not small, and later I found that this was the only advantage. When I entered the room, I smelled the musty smell of an old house. It couldn't be blown away even if the air conditioner was turned up, but I got used to it after a while. Anyway, I only stayed for one night and would leave early the next morning to catch an early flight. The interior furnishings are all old furniture. There is a coffee machine on the table, an electronic clock by the bedside, a hairdryer hanging in the toilet, and a small safe in the closet. The equipment is complete, but they are all broken and none of them are usable. The electronic clock at the bedside was one hour ahead of the local time. When I tried to adjust the time, no matter which button I pressed, there was no response, so I had to give up. There was only one quilt on the two double beds and a thin blanket on the other bed. I went downstairs and asked the front desk for a quilt. The young man at the front desk took out a quilt. After several rounds of communication, I found out that he had no quilt to provide. At the same time, I found that he could hardly understand English. Finally, he agreed to change rooms for us and asked us to go back to our rooms and wait. However, after waiting for several hours, no one came to change our room. It may still be a language communication problem. In the end, I could only put the comforters of the second bed on top of the blankets to keep warm. Before I went to bed, I noticed cockroaches in the room several times. It was late December and mosquitoes were biting me. I was so nervous that I couldn't fall asleep all night. I could only look at my phone and wait for dawn. To make matters worse, when I got up at 5 a.m. and prepared to brush my teeth, I found a few cockroaches and dozens of ant-like bugs crawling around in the box where our electric toothbrush head was installed. It was very scary. I turned on the bathroom faucet, but there was only lukewarm hot water. I couldn't take a bath at all, so I had to give up. The driver of the airport drop-off bus allowed more than a dozen passengers to wait in the cold wind at around 5 o'clock in the morning, and did not open the door in advance to let the passengers board the bus first. When he got off the bus at the airport, he had two pre-prepared one-dollar bills in his hand, hinting at a tip. What an incredible night. I will never stay at this hotel again.
