Stayed for a couple of days in Miami at this hotel! Modest, simple. The price/quality matches) I recommend it if you are not in the city for a long time, like us)

The hotel has been transferred and renamed Garden Inn because it was just taken over. It looks new and very clean in every aspect. However, the facilities in the room are not yet complete. It is understandable because it was just taken over. The staff are very welcoming and polite.

The room is alright for a 1 night stay like we did, but it doesn't have a fridge, trash can, or microwave in the room. So i wouldn't book it for a mutli night stay or if i had kids with me. The window unit cools the room but its very loud.

Terribly disappointed in the transportation service arranged by the front desk staff. Instead of calling for a taxi, as requested, they phoned their own contact and cost us double the amount. It cost us half the amount to get there from the airport. Traffic conditions were lighter than when we arrived. It's obviously a scam and there was no meter in this vehicle. Make your own transportation arrangements!!!

Property does not match what images appear to be. The room in which my friend and I stayed in was extremely small. Upon arrival, we noticed that the floor wasn’t swept (there were balls of hair in the bathroom floor). We also had to ask for cotton-webs to be cleaned as they were hanging on the ceiling above my bed. It was a string of a web that had acquired much dust (seemed to have been there for quite a while). Additionally, our rooms were only cleaned once in our 4-day stay, even though we would always make sure to hang a door tag, provided by the hotel, that is meant for you to leave on your door so staff is aware that you want your room cleaned. We had to ask for clean towels and toilet paper as they were not provided on a daily basis and the shower was a nightmare. The water was either extremely hot or extremely cold and would change temperature on its own. You would be lucky to have 5 minutes worth of warm water. We notified the front desk this issue and they said that it was strange and that they would come check on it but never did. I would have rather spent more on another hotel and would not recommend anyone staying here. Staff was nice but very inattentive and unprofessional.

Garden hotels in miami were mediocre rooms at best. The hotel has quite a bit of construction going on which woke us at 7 am as they were working in the room right next to us. The doors are ill fittinv in their frames and allow a TON of light in the room along with the shade on the window. No blackout curtains. Only three plugs in our entire room. And 2 were occupied by the ac unit, and the tv and phone. The last was the bathroom. Lastly, no nightstands... why???? Not a place i will sver stay again...

Was not a good stay at all very tiny room with 2queen beds that are horrible in comfort. I would’ve rather slept on an air mattress. The bathroom door would not close all the way the sink kept overflowing and would not drain. The shower door would not close all the way so water got everywhere. It reeked of paint smell they said it was just renovated which it was but poorly done and the smell was unbearable. Probably one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. Unfortunately I will not be back especially for the price at $20 more. I could’ve stayed at a much better place.

There was NO elevators few flights of stairs pretty difficult when you have heavy luggage. Most likely will not stay there again.

You get what you pay for! If your goal is to save money, this hotel serves the purpose. There is nothing wrong with the hotel. It is newly renovated, so somewhat gives you bit clean feel. However, it doesn't give you fully equipped feel as if they are in the process of furnishing the rooms. The room we stayed has NO trash can.

The hotel has nice photos online that don’t truly capture the feel or aesthetics for the property or surrounding area . There was lots of dust and wires were just hanging freely from the TV . The floors were dirty . We had to be moved from one room to another due to a mildew odor . It was a slightly below average hotel and experience.

Check-in was lengthy. Lobby is nice. Both lobby and main part of room have been updated. Bathroom has not been and could use a good deep clean. Towels were extremely little and thin; they all looked like bathmats. Seemed like very little insulation as there was a lot of noise above, and side to side.
