房間不錯挺大的，乾淨整潔。前台小姐姐服務真的很不錯，我們入住比較晚，到房間發現無線連接不上，出去吃夜宵的時候告訴前台，前台小姐姐立馬安排更換了房間，還安排把行李全部送過去了，當時11點多了，我還覺得挺不好意思的，必須要給個贊。

沒有熱水，服務態度很好，就是不解決事，體驗極差。遇見問題是要解決的，而不是一味地在那不好意思，真的你就是啥話不説，給問題解決了，這都是很棒的……，這家酒店至少定有十幾次，行政套房，豪華房間，普通房間，都住過，一般加班都訂的這裏，但這次的體驗讓我十分不舒服，對客户敷衍了事，整體體驗都很差，住一晚連個澡都洗不成，要你有啥用
