Came to visit family and stay at the premier inn James cook had the the lovely Tracy&Katie check me and my partner in asked about where we could go for a nice nice meal and where told about all the different restaurants round about which was good , went for breakfast lovely hot food and cooked to order , room very clean bed comfortable will definitely be coming back here

Wonderful stay Ashleigh on reception was very welcoming, and helped us pick out some nice restaurants to visit with our family couldn’t do enough. Breakfast was lovely came out piping hot, rooms have been done out and look lovely. Will definitely be returning.

On arrival I found the reception staff very welcoming. Katie and her team were very helpful in helping with local places to eat. The room I found to be very clean and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty and had a lot to choose from. All in all it was a great experience and would recommend the hotel to everybody. 10/10

We stayed here whilst our son was having an operation across road. It was absolutely perfect for our needs. The service from the staff was exceptional. We had a last minute panic when told son was to be discharged a day early and we had no bed for him. The reception team bent over backwards to accommodate our needs and again when the discharge decision was reversed a few hours later. They were really fantastic and took so much stress away. Thank you to all of you!

Went for breakfast and probably one of the best places I've been, plenty to offer and staff was lovely. Manager katie really helped and looked after us.As far as premier inn breakfast go one of the best especially the fact it's to order. Thank you for the great breakfast.

My daughter booked the hotel for me so didn't really know what the hotel was like but for someone that was going through a differcult time with having a family member in hospital, I can say that the staff are absolutely fantastic, especially the dining staff, kirstie, jazz and Carl the chef, kirstie asked me how I was doing, actually showing interest in what I had to say. Even Carl took his time to ask if I was OK. They both honestly made me feel so at ease and very welcoming.

Excellent staff and breakfast cooked fresh and very tasty by Denise and served by Karen. Reception very welcoming. Brilliant stay all the way through. Well done premier inn. One of the best if not the best I have stayed In. Free parking and premier plus rooms well worth the extra

Stayed here for 2 days for work reasons. Very well placed and although on a busy road it was very quiet. Rooms were really clean and nicely decorated with a king size bed. Shower was amazing. Cannot fault anything in this hotel from reception to housekeeping and especially breakfast. All freshly cooked to order. Best staff I have encountered in a long time

Service was excellent, made me feel very welcome. Denise cooked a wonderful breakfast, with plenty of love on the plate. Denise is a credit to the business. The front desk staff were attentive and provided me with everything that I needed..
