Another nice, quick stay. Hotel is convenient to a lot of local shopping and restaurants. It does show some wear and tear, but for the price and location it is a good value. The breakfast is average and the afternoon free happy hour on select dates is a nice addition to the value. Room are comfortable, but again need refreshing. Experienced a few minor items and notified the management team when checking out. They were appreciative and wished I had let them know prior to checking out. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff was so kind and accommodating. We showed up early & they let us check in right away. Always smiling & helpful. Room was great, and clean. Would definitely stay again.

I understand that bed bugs can be found in any hotel. The way it was handled was very disappointing. We showed the gentleman at the desk a picture of the insect and the squished bug in a napkin. He was untruthful and said it was a winter bug that would grow bigger and get wings. When I said that Google image search only brings up bed bugs he suddenly comped our room. While we were moving our suitcases out, a maintenance guy came in with a sprayer like you would get at Home Depot. This did not look like they were taking it seriously. Apparently they're being remodeled next year. I still wouldn't stay there with dishonest management. Also, my grandma's door lock broke and she had to wait for it to be completely disassembled.

This COULD have been an extremely great stay, but it ended up being average. The room was nice, but 3 things could have made it a great stay:
1) our bathroom light was out. I reported this in person to the front desk at 445pm and asked for it to be repaired before we returned from dinner. We got back after 7pm and it wasn't fixed.
2) I picked up the room phone to report this continuing problem and the phone didn't work either. At this point, I gave up on having light to shower or use the toilet. And I wasn't about to go back downstairs to the front desk.
3) The couch was a little beat up. We could live with this. But the first 2 problems just made it a location we'd likely avoid in the future.

We have stayed at this property off and on for several years. First off-the positives. We like the availability of a two bedroom two bath suite with a kitchen and living area-which other area hotels do not offer. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. The property is clean-as are the rooms-and the beds are comfortable. The not so positives: I had a tepid shower. Housekeeping did not come to our room -although to be fair, we did not specifically request it and I imagine that housekeeping staff members are hard to find. No biggie. The breakfast was not great. It was clear that all was prepackaged and frozen as I saw staff refill the serving bowls from the industrial food containers. The property looks as though it has seen better days. Carpet in the stairwell and the room was quite worn. A closet door in our room came off the track and had chipped paint. I think the hotel needs, as I indicated- a refresh or renovation. Again, though, it is clean and the staff is great.
