We experienced issues with payment. I booked through hotel with a card a week in advance, I’m told the payment didn’t go through once we ARRIVE. why wouldn’t they tell me at the time I booked on the phone?? We resolved the payment upon check in with a DIFFERENT card that is completely working fine, then was told again payment was declined upon CHECKOUT. Why do they wait like that? When we resolved it the lady said it went through! Then we resolve it again, our bank says we were double charged. We are so livid with the incompetence we experienced here and have to dispute the unnecessary payment now. This was supposed to be an anniversary trip. Do not reccomend.
