Great suite, perfect location, very clean. Hot tub on roof was cool. Late winter so we had the place to ourself at a great price but this place is way to pricey in the summer for my wallet.

There is no any place in the room to hang clothes, only boxes. There is no option to eat in the hotel anytime of the day. They only provide tea and coffee, but the water is hot only early in the morning.

Definitely don’t think it is worth the coast of the room. Hot tub in the room did not work.. tried reaching out to front desk with no answer ! Breakfast is definitely on the go !

We experienced issues with payment. I booked through hotel with a card a week in advance, I’m told the payment didn’t go through once we ARRIVE. why wouldn’t they tell me at the time I booked on the phone?? We resolved the payment upon check in with a DIFFERENT card that is completely working fine, then was told again payment was declined upon CHECKOUT. Why do they wait like that? When we resolved it the lady said it went through! Then we resolve it again, our bank says we were double charged. We are so livid with the incompetence we experienced here and have to dispute the unnecessary payment now. This was supposed to be an anniversary trip. Do not reccomend.

We had an amazing stay at the hotel, everything was clean and above our expectations. We loved the rooftop deck and found the suite to be spacious and had everything we needed during our stay.

We brought our 10 year old granddaughter for her birthday trip. We have been to Newport many times and by far this has been our best property by far.
