Great location very clean if I had to nitpick the thing I would say is they had no meat options for breakfast other than that it is a phenomenal establishment

Hot water took too long to heat up and overcharge on my acct even though receipt is different still waiting for Manager on duty to call back 10yrs later. Also while loading luggage someone rummaged thru truck while inside, needed improved security?

OH... you may want to check the hall flooring for termite damage. Multiple areas where the floor would sing about an 1" when you stepped on it.

Stayed here for a night while in midland. Good location. Clean hotel. Busy during breakfast. Room was nice with kitchenette. Was not a fan of the bathroom. Bad water pressure in shower. Across the street from Sam’s and HEB. Starbucks nearby also.

It was very close to the stadium which held our band competition but we never got new washcloths as housekeeping didn't come and the toilet ran all the time. Good place to stay if you are going to Astound Stadium.

Was charged a parking recapture fee. they did not disclose it up front . Another hidden gimmick to try to extort a few bucks. will not stay here again.
