absolutely horrible place to stay, if you like crackhouses this is your place to stay! A crackhouse hotel that looks like it’s never been cleaned! Poor management, sheets were dirty when we arrived, towels are disgustingly stained, asked them to change our sheets while we were out today and nothing but “clean towels” were in the restroom. Will never stay at a red roof again worst hotel experience of my life.

When I checked in they have you sign a no smoking agreement that’s fine but don’t have the lobby smell like **** and tell me if you smoke in the room you’ll get charged $250. When I got into my room it wasn’t clean the sheets smelled, there was no towels and no toilet paper. Very disappointed

Dead bolt did not work. The floors were so slick it was like walking on oily floors. Asked the front desk to see if the could re mop to get the oily ness off the floor never got done.

We gave this place a second chance. The first time there was no hot water. The TV didn't work. My parents are elderly, and the second time we came here the heater didn't work, and it was a cold night.
