We had an amazing stay. The hotel is in a convenient location (right next to mall of Africa).
The staff is the BEST. Helpful, friendly, and professional. Breakfast was amazing

Excellent friendly service from reception right through. Even a handwritten card with my name on in my room welcoming me! Wow! Special mention for Percy and Sinuthemba - so client focused- even helped me carry tray up to room as my back was very painful. Love all the green and paperless init!!!!!!

The staff are fantastic. Percy, Silas, Fred, Vusani, Jake, Maureen, Vomvula and others to name a few. The rooms are compact, but comfortable. Nice big bathroom with bath and shower. Then .... the meals are great! We had a 2 day conference with 8 guests and they loved it. Finally the free parking and locality to the Mall of Africa and Gallagher Convention centre make it a logical choice.

From the minute i made an enquiry on the phone, the lady that answered was friendly and welcoming, when we arrived the reception was busy but managed to direct us to breakfast. The lady that served us explained everything quickly and ushered us to our table. the hotel is very clean and deco is beautiful.really lovely experience.
