We stayed here as we were going to the Outfield Festival and it was only a short walk away. We arrived early and kindly asked if there was any chance we could have our room. The staff were very obliging and confirmed that yes we could go to our room, that was very much appreciated as we needed to get to the Festival. Room was spotless, modern and very spacious. Plenty of sockets for charging phones etc. The fan was very much needed! The only negative is that the thickness of the duvet for this time of year is not suitable. A thinner summer one would've been better. We literally were sweating all night more or less. We'd definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

After being let down by a local Inn best western Centurion came to our rescue , all staff were excellent we could not find fault our stay at all. from the guy helping us with phone booking to find a vacancy to actual stay 5 star. hotel staff very helpful and polite room was good food was good .

The hotel room was fine. The bed was large. I booked it for my wife and I to stay for the weekend, stayed the night and had a good rest. The surprise was in the morning when we tried to go for breakfast and was told we only had a booking for one person. I explained again that i would not book a room that size for one person. The hotel reception was not helpful to attend to my complaint that i had booked the room for 2 people and i would like to have breakfast for two. After no help i asked to speak with the manager. The reception got a woman who was cleaning to come and talk to me saying she was the manager. No i didn't get joy from her but refused to say she was the manager and later discovered that there was no manager around to deal with my query. Its a shame that they showed absolutely no sympathy or try to understand what i was telling them. We walked out with no breakfast had to find our own place for breakfast. Nice place not too far from the hotel does great English breakfast called Porky's.

Visit to see family in the local area, Good central location, with main road access from any direction, ideal for Bath. Pleasant staff, excellent room, superb shower. Restaurant food in the evening was very good. Breakfast good selection and hot.

The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are very clean and well maintained. A great selection of food and caters to special dietary requirements. Nothing is too much trouble We stayed while visiting family in the area and enjoyed family time, the Bath Bridgerton Tour and some of the Bath attractions. A beautiful quiet place to stay with easy access to Bath and Bristol

Accessibility issues: We booked the accessible room due to my husband's mobility issues. However, the space to turn a wheelchair was limited in the room. Space for a wheelchair around the bed was restricted, so that we struggled to transfer him into bed. There was not space in the bathroom to close the door with the wheelchair inside the room, which restricted access to the shower ( which had a 6 inch step) There is only one arm lever on the right hand side of the toilet which is not helpful for someone with no mobility on their right hand side. Accessibility for a wheelchair around the hotel was good with ramps available. Staff arranged arranged alternative access route to the dining room which was on a different level. Staff were all kind and helpful.

Perfectly good accommodation. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful setting. Quiet. But the dinner was very disappointing and dull. The gravy with a nice chicken and leek pie was very concentrated, very salty and beef flavour. The WiFi was either poor or non existent. Didn't risk breakfast at £15.

Our room was lovely, very spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was clean and well stocked. It was very quiet at night too, no banging doors, although not sure if it was because the hotel itself was quiet. The only negative was that the room was incredibly hot at night. We had to have the windows open quite wide overnight.
