Only 5 min from where we needed to be. Lots of fast food within walking distance. Basic bed and clean towels. Maybe not the best neighborhood. Lots of sketchy people. Thin walls no carpets to dampen sound. Great view of an industrial building that had metal grinders going at 7 am on a Saturday. Good wake up lol . No breakfast. No pool. No hot tub. It is what it is. Basic.

I would only recommend this motel if you want a really low price, not even chain motel worthy, walls are super thin and cold air just comes thru from somewhere.

I had an awful experience at this hotel. The room was dirty and their ice machine didn’t work. There were sketchy people throughout the parking lot, I was honestly scared to leave my car here. I only stayed one night and left as quickly as quickly as possible in the morning. I was told during check out that my deposit for the room was being refunded and to expect it in about a week. I’ve been calling every day since 10 business days after trying to get my deposit back and I still haven’t gotten it. The staff are very rude when I call saying things like “I’m busy call me back in 15 minutes” then when I call they don’t answer. I only stayed one night, left on time, and was told I was getting my deposit back so why I haven’t is a mystery. I would never recommended anyone to stay at this hotel so please be cautious when looking into it. There are so much cleaner and safer hotels in the area so please, I warn you to look into those option before you ever put yourself or your family in the position I’m in.

I've been to this place several times. Bed was super comfy. TV was a little small, but i wasn't there to watch tv. Great price and location. If you want something to eat without having to drive, there is the Midvale Mining Company, right there on site. And a Dennys right across the street. I love this hotel.

The check in clerk was rude, you had to go back to the front desk to check out to be able to get your deposit back (this isnt normal right? No where else I've ever stayed has had that policy), the front office was nice but the rooms were gross, we had 2 rooms one was rundown, dingy and definitely hadn't been vacuumed for a while, the other was ok ish, but still sub par. We would have stayed somewhere else had we been able to find a room. Check out clerk was also extremely rude, absolutely would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

This hotel should be shut down. We got into the room and there was names on the mirrors. And the bed in the room well the bottom box spring sheet was puddled with blood. There was food in the fridge that was left from the previous people and there was a party in the room next door until 4am. The beds are super old. And the floors will make your feet black. I've traveled a lot and never ran into such a disgusting place.

Great friedly reasonable staff I have stayed there for an extended stays in March I like the housekeeping they keep it very professional over there it is a very good place to stay for extended stay for sure.
