Nice and cute hotel with friendly staff. The rooms are clean, cute and have a nice fresh modern beachy athmospere. The room has nice details like bathrobes, bathslippers, mandala drawing set to relax, lovely minibar, free welcoming water bottle, showergels and many more. The room we had was small, but I still really enjoyed it. We spend out last night in another room and that one was more spacious, so that’s just luck. Unfortunately there was one thing bothering us and that was the bad WiFi connection. First room was okay but the second was not even connecting at all. So that’s really a thing. I’ve seen this in some other reviews from the hotel also. The spa is not big, but just enough to relax a little bit. Looks great and clean. The restaurant attached to it is a very nice one. Very kind and helpfull staff. We got the fish and chips by recommandation of the waiter and that was just amazing. Made with DAILY fresh catched fish and well priced for that kind of quality. As they buy the fish fresh everyday you have the chance it’s sold out because they ran out of fish. Also the chicken croquettes from the snack menu were amazing. It has a kind of indian curry flavour.

My wife and I had the best experience at check in/check out with Lola and Bruno in fact all the staff were great for example they offered a beach parasol when we asked for one and were really accommodating, I have to really commend them all. The room was great, spacious with a great hot shower with good pressure. The breakfast was really good with hot and cold options and fresh omelettes made to order. The fresh fruit was plentiful and my wife and I really enjoyed our breakfasts. The location is ideal near to the port if you want to stroll in and near to the urban beaches as well. Summary great value, great staff and we will be back!!

This was a good hotel but not to our particular taste. It is very family friendly which is great as we were two adults 2 children age 5 and 2. Positives - staff were all lovely and very helpful, everyone from reception, to waiters, entertainment staff and life guards - all lovely, friendly and happy to help. - the slide in reception is great - such a good idea, why don’t more hotels do it. - grounds kept well, all pretty clean and rooms are cleaned to a good standard. - I saw so many comments on here about how far away rooms are - so much so I nearly paid an additional £500 to stay closer before we arrived but we decided to wait and see. For me the room we had was in the best location - it was 5 minute walk to the main stage and reception, far enough away that it was quiet of noise from the show and pools. - there were two small pools close to the room which is a lovely idea for convenience - especially if one child is napping in the room (with one parent) and the other parent and child don’t want to be too far. Or to stop off at while one parent goes and gets ready. - lots of pools to choose from, something for everyone. - the beach is lovely and didn’t get too busy. Negatives for us - I didn’t realise all the restaurants were buffet, I thought the main one was and the others were a la carte. My misunderstanding. - the food was okay - it wasn’t bad and there was a decent amount of choice but I’m just generally not a buffet fan. The beach restaurant was the best for me. - the buffets got soooo busy! Far too busy! - the entertainment whilst good was all timed far too late - most of the parents were ready for bed never mind the children. - one thing I love for my children on holiday is a children’s disco. They have them at 5.30 in the pool, this is not a holiday disco and if they were going to do it as a pool party it should be earlier in the day. We wouldn’t return as it was too busy, too many people crammed in and I don’t want to see another buffet. But for a lot of people this will be a fabulous hotel and holiday, and many we spoke to had a fabulous time. - it was impossible to get tables on an evening unless you waited from around 7.30pm.

Just returned from 9 fantastic nights at Zoetry Mallorca, our third visit, and it keeps getting better. Our junior suite overlooking the main courtyard was a stunning blend of old-world elegance and modern amenities, including a spacious walk-in shower. The well-maintained grounds feature two pools; for tranquillity in August, we recommend the adult-only pool. Two areas for improvement, if we are being picky, would be the addition of a bar or more walking bar service at the adult pool, and an enhancement of the app to make it more user friendly. The dining options have become more diverse, although this is not always clear on the app. We enjoyed an Italian and barbeque buffet on two nights, and appreciated the variety of freshly cooked mains such as pasta and paella. The addition of an oriental sushi evening by the pool on Mondays and Tuesdays was a delightful surprise, and we extend a special thank you to Sandra and Susanna for their attentive evening service. Lunch at Es Clot was excellent, with special dishes and exceptional staff including Lidia, Sally, Francisca, Sandra, Susana, Ainhoa, Anas, and Rochaya. The evening staff at the main bar and Es Mercat, led by Kevin with assistance from Joao and Lisa, provided excellent service. We are especially grateful to Angel for ensuring our needs were met daily. Lastly, a shoutout to David, an amazing yoga instructor—we highly recommend attending his classes! We can't wait to return next year. Thank you to everyone at Zoetry! See you in 2025!

There're hundreds of hotels in the area. Don't go to this one. It's expensive and has poor conditions. The first thing that I noticed when I arrived was that it didn't have a ramp to facilitate the access of people with mobility difficulties. The second detail was that you were CHARGED for the WIFI 4€ DAILY. I have never seen that before. Also you were given a big and a small towel per person. Not a bath math, and they were refusing to give you any edtra towel. Towels are quite old, by the way. They tried to make money in every single possible way. The dinner does not include a single drink, not even water, and you can't take your own drinks. Most nights, there weren't many options, mainly salad. Nice the first night, but fed up after a week. Food taste was meh, but not horrible. If you want a decently quiet stay, it's not a good option. The place was full of drunk people. The first night, I saw how the man next to my door fell and opened his head. He was so drunk that barely knew where he was. It's not the right place if you aren't partying 24/7. I was told that I could notify reception of what room was causing noises, but there were a few per level. Impossible mission. I had an extra problem. My room had an air conditioner that leaked. I was told that they couldn't send anyone to fix it because the maintenance staff finished their shift at 5. What about emergency maintenance? I complained lots because it was a hazard. Their answer was to put a towel, which was getting soaking wet. They didn't have other rooms available. It took them 3 days to have another room free. I didn't receive any compensation for the inconvenience. Why not just 1 star? Because the staff. THE STAFF WAS NICE, THE ONLY GOOD THING. I feel sorry for them. They face lots of abuse.
