First time we have stayed here and in Spain and I can't recommend it highly enough,I'd sent a request for a ground floor due to  my husband's mobility problems and  our room far exceeded our expectations ,it was the best Apt we've ever stayed in well equipped  and spotlessly clean as is the whole complex,the ladies in reception were so welcoming helpful and just so customer service focused a week wasn't enough in this fabulous resort .

Best spacious rooms calm and quiet Environment maintained with high standards of hygiene, safety and sanitation .The staff are very professional and friendly to all the visitors.Easy to get around for travels, excursions and the hotel is most favourable place for breakfast, lunches and dinners with varieties of choices.

Our apartment wasn’t serviced daily as promised, i.e. trash remained in the bags, dirty towels were replaced in one room only, the master bedroom has a poor noise isolation, could hear all the noises from outside and the flat from upstairs. Pool towel was supplied only once without any notice that it was the case. The whole flat had a weird smell, as if something was rotting there. The internet on tv was useless as very slow. Overall, I guess it was worth the price.
