A good overall hotel, but with limited amenities. Outdoor pool closes quite early and some days was closed during our stay for private events. Location is relatively good, around a 15 minute walk to the Duomo. Service was very friendly and helpful. However overall quality of hotel, amenities, consistency and experience is not on par with other leading 5 star hotel chains.

Service: I stayed in Italy for 10 days, and this hotel has the worst service. There is no room cleaning, and the swimming pool is also very dirty and very small, like a footbath. There are few parking spaces, and the door is not obvious and is not an automatic door. You need to go to the front desk first to open it. The roads in Milan are very roundabout, and there are many restricted areas. I drove around three times before I could drive in. The cars in the parking lot are parked randomly, and there are no parking spaces. . The front desk phone can never be dialed. At first, I thought the front desk was too busy to answer it. It was not until I checked in and waited for my family at the front desk that I found that the front desk deliberately did not answer it. I just pretended that I could not hear the phone ringing all the time. The most outrageous thing is that the front desk charged two more days of room fees and admitted that it was wrong. First, it promised to refund it within 5 working days, and then refund it within 14 working days after five working days. There is no integrity. The breakfast variety is also average. I don’t know how it is hung with five stars. . . Thank you Ctrip for helping to deal with the problem with your heart. They promised that if the hotel does not refund, they will refund it. Fortunately, the order was placed on Ctrip. I hope that those who see the comments will avoid this hotel.

The room is nice, it's about 10 minutes' walk from the church, not particularly central, the breakfast is rich, there is a gym on the underground first floor, the swimming pool is closed for private activities, the staff are very friendly

The hotel is in a great location, about a 16-minute walk to the Duomo Cathedral, which is convenient for sightseeing. There is a Carrefour supermarket a few steps away from the door, and several Italian restaurants nearby are also very delicious. The hotel's internal facilities are complete and perfect, and the quality is guaranteed. The breakfast is the richest one on this trip. The hotel has an underground garage, and the front desk can help buy Milan City Tickets. When we stayed for the second time, they took the initiative to upgrade the room, and the service staff were also very nice. Highly recommended!

I think it's pretty good. The overall maintenance is good and the service attitude is friendly. The location is a little far away. The breakfast is very delicious. The room service is great. I will go back again if I have the opportunity in the future.

We chose the hotel based on its location. However, upon our arrival, we noticed the hotel was even better than we thought. We should have stayed longer at the hotel! We didn’t have time to enjoy the gym not even the pool. Not the bar! Next time for sure!!!

We had a great experience at Radisson Colection. The room was clean and fresh with a nice wiew to the yard. The room service was very careful about all our wishes. The stuff is very professional. Also the hotel is close to the city center, the station is behind the hotel and you can go quickly everywhere.

1. On weekends, breakfast starts only at 8:00 am. A lot of people coming earlier to breakfast, only to be told to come back later. 2. There is a "fusion" Japan-Peru restaurant that show on its menu (and on the elevator) a picture of Chichen Itza and have "tacos" on the menu, both of which are MEXICAN, not Peruvian, and certainly not Japanese. 3. In the elevator, they indicate that the main restaurant (Sofia) is open for dinner from 19:00. Upon arriving at 19:30 we we're told that these hours don't apply in all of August. If that is the case, remove the advertisement that says otherwise. 3. In the pool, there is a sign saying that the pool bar opens from 11:00 to 19:00. Of course, once again, this was false. It was closed the whole time. This time, I didn't even bother asking why it was closed, not wanting another ridiculous answer.

The hotel and staff were great, I also enjoyed the breakfast. One of the true highlights of my stay was the exceptional hospitality provided by the guest executive manager, Shiama. Her warm and genuine demeanor, coupled with her dedication to ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for, truly sets this hotel apart. Shiama went above and beyond to address any of my needs, offering personalized recommendations and ensuring my stay was nothing short of exceptional.

It was a great experience! Thanks to guest experience manager Shiama Devi for advices about travel aims! I recomend to visit a restaurant on the rooftop. The view and food are really good there. The swimming pool is a perfect place to relax after warm Mailand days:)

The hotel has an underground car park, but the exit is so extremely steep that you have a problem getting in. With a low vehicle, especially a sports car, you run the risk of hitting the ground and damaging the bumper. The employee who was there when I parked (he didn't even offer to park the car himself) didn't instruct me at all and although he saw that my car was on the ground, he didn't stop me. If I hadn't stopped at the last moment and got out to look, I would have incurred several thousand euros worth of damage. Most of the staff hardly speak any English, so you can't communicate anyway. The public areas, lobby, etc. are attractive, but still resemble a ghost hotel as there are hardly any staff. The staff you do meet are not particularly helpful and unfriendly. You can tell that the staff don't feel like working in this hotel, they look exhausted and annoyed. The breakfast is miserable and an imposition. Mini buffet with unappetising dishes, the á la carte offer is manageable, but the selection is okay, but the problem is that you can only choose one dish (mini portions) and each additional dish costs extra money for the booked breakfast. Of course, this is not mentioned in advance. The quality of the à la carte dishes is also miserable. The room (suite) is tiny and was not particularly clean. During my stay, the sink was clogged from the beginning. The blockage could only be partially cleared the following day. This meant that on the first day and night the sink overflowed and unappetising residue came out of the drain. There was no apology or compensation for this. The bathroom generally had a musty odour. To top it all off, I thought it was super nice of the staff member at check-out that he didn't even ask me what I thought of my stay or whether I was satisfied. He saved me from having to give him this feedback in detail on the spot. I travel through many hotels worldwide, always 5 star category, but I am used to better and worse hotels, but this hotel is really an absolute disappointment. I read reviews in advance, as I always do, and I read a lot of negative ones, but I thought to myself, it's a Radisson Collection hotel, it can't be bad. Far from it and very disappointed, I will give this hotel a wide berth in future and cannot recommend it under any circumstances, hands off!
