'Farm stay' to avoide if you care about animals!
We booked here for 2 nights, but only stayed an hour, as we were upset about the poor animals living on the 'farm'.
Nothing wrong with the rooms or the swimming pool, but the poor horses & donkeys are kept in awful living conditions. One horse had a huge wound on his leg, which was oozing with puss & covered in flies. The horses are very thin, with prominent ribs. The donkeys have no fresh water, only a green slimy area. Their feet are overgrown & with big cracks. The hotel manager claimed they are not his responsibility & only shrugged when we told him it was unacceptable.
We decided we would rather lose the money spent on our booking & stay elsewhere, so we left.
