Door to rooms access area arent lock as its a share apartment hence common area to room wasnt lock thats a security threat other than that all good just im unfortunate lift is broken when we arrived wasnt fixed till we check out earlier.

The service attitude is terrible. I checked out 5 minutes late and was yelled out of the hotel. I have been abroad for many years and have never been in such an uncivilized hotel.

It was a nice stay at Carlo Goldoni Hotel. Cosy, clean room with bathroom. Good service and tasty breakfasts. I recommend this hotel. The one disadvantage is a localization, it’s quite far from the city centre, but there is a good connection by tram and metro. All in all, it’s a good spot for city break.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional staff. I have never met so rude people working in a hotel. Do not go there! I repeat. Do NOT go there! There are much better hotels with much more professional employees! :) Just read the replies of the bad reviews. Pretty much tells the entire story.

Everything was just fine . The room was clean and with all the facilities someone could need. The bathroom was ok . And the receptionist was there to help me in anything I need. Very close to the metro line just 5 minutes so you can go anywhere in the Milano you want . 24 receptionist. I believe that for Milano and in this price there was nothing more I could ask for.

Had a great stay in Hotel Carlo Goldoni, our room was nice and clean we love the wooden floors. Quite area close to all what we was looking for. Great staff, I can say it was the perfect choice for us. thank you for make our stay good. I would recommend to all my friends,

The staff is extremely rude and impolite. Worst hotel experience of my life! Terrible to the highest degree possible. To stay away!!! Location wise it is OK, but nothing great so that doesn't really add a plus either. Just stay away

I had booked to stay at the Hotel Carlo Goldoni between the 4th - 7th January 2022. Unfortunately on the morning of the 1st January, i tested positive for COVID-19 and was unable to travel. I immediately contacted the hotel to see whether we could reschedule our stay, only to have the entire amount (which was payable on arrival!) taken from my bank account. Staff were completely unwilling to help or even offer me any assistance (despite Booking.com's best efforts).

Had everything we needed and it was clean. It was spacious too. The staff were also very friendly. Location a bit further out of town but not much they can do about that. For the bathroom sink it would have been nice to have somewhere where I could hang the hand towel, but that’s just a little thing.

Fully enjoyed my stay at Carlo Goldoni hotel. Cozy and clean rooms, really cute balcony - I really really admired the street view. Great staff, they gave many directions and suggestions. Would stay again for sure :)

The hotel is well located near the metro, buses and trams. 15 minutes by public transport from the central station. Clean and equipped for a 2 star hotel. Highly recommended. The fifth star is not given for the welcome by the director which was not entirely appropriate. We made a request and he responded rather abruptly. Maybe a little more diplomacy wouldn't hurt.

Everything is very bad. A lot of noise from the next rooms, it was not isolated at all, you could hear everything. The bathroom light could be heard a lot. When going as a couple, if one went to the bathroom at night, they would wake up the other person with the noise of the light. It was very annoying. The bathroom had a huge step, which was extremely uncomfortable, especially when going down. Also, the bathroom is very small. The dryer stops working after 3 minutes of using it. The location is not good either. The reality of the room does not resemble reality, in addition to the fact that they put 3 beds in the same room. The refrigerator was very noisy, we had to unplug it to sleep. They didn't give us the "occupied" sign for when we didn't want to be bothered by housekeeping.
