Terrific breakfast. Staff cordial and helpful but not really friendly. It felt like they were just doing their job. For price I expected a bit bigger room. It was pretty sparse. Just the basics. Shower doors didn’t shut properly so bathroom floor was wet and slippery. My room was tucked away in the back with no view at all. It was close to restaurants which was nice. I honestly would not stay there again for the price they charge.

The room is much smaller than in China, but it is understandable that it is the same in Europe. The hotel breakfast is very good, with a variety of food, drinks and fruits. It is very close to the central train station, a 10-minute walk, and it is also close to the airport bus stop next to the train station.

It is a 10-minute walk from Milan Train Station, and the location is convenient. It is a 4-star hotel, and the rooms are large in Europe, but basically the size of domestic chain hotels. The equipment is a bit old.

4 star hotel WITHOUT Air Conditioning??? It makes no sense to spend the night with a wet towel on your body to cool off because the hotel turns the air OFF. The rest is good, but paying a 4-star price and having to go through the heat is irritating, and if you open the window, mosquitoes come in. Slow Internet, Reasonable Breakfast, Good Service

We have stayed here before so we were happy to return. We stayed at the beginning and end of our trip and I was impressed that they remembered us after almost two weeks. The staff who take care of breakfast are wonderful and the cappuccinos are terrific. We look forward to our next visit.

Although I had requested a room on a high floor, I was placed on the 2nd floor facing away, where there was a huge noise from the tram. Only after the first night, where I showed that there was no way to sleep even with double glazing, did they put me on the 5th floor, which made it better.

Great service and friendly staff, breakfast is yummy, served fresh every day for our 6 nights stay.

This hotel is a quick walk to the Milano Centrale station. It was clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast had lots to choose from, eggs, sandwich meats, yogurt and different pastries. I would definitely recommend or stay here again. Thank you!

Very good breakfast. 5 minutes to metro station. Very nice hotel with lots of marble. Close to the rail station.

The front staff was rude when I asked about the hot water, which there was none. His response was oh well you are the only one that has said anything. Not, let me get someone to look at that for you. This property is too far from the action as well.

Overall, a fine hotel, with an excellent breakfast. Rooms are very clean but basic. No tissue, no cup in the bathroom, just 3 very flimsy plastic cups. Beds are very comfortable. Front desk personnel are professional but not overly friendly.

After a long trip into Milan, we appreciated the very friendly and helpful staff. In particular we enjoyed the laidback rooftop bar with the great view and super nice bartender, Thanks
