Clean small apartment, modern, close to the central Station Check in and Check out was working fine, the only thing that could be better is to explain where to put the waste before leaving

Very spacious studio room, nice kitchen, comfy bed, only 1 comment about the pillow, pillow is too flat, should do like others, they gives 2 pillows each person.

It’s a pit! Don't make a reservation! There is no front desk, no staff, the phone does not work, don’t make a reservation, the Ctrip specialist calls in person! Just sent someone to check in! Attitude and arrogance and discrimination.. Not recommended. Very, very unbearable..

The cold water in the shower made me sick. There are tiny spiders biting people, and different insects flying around. The bed is so dirty. We couldn’t communicate at check in. We didn’t hear any instructions at all. Where is it? Get the key 🔑 Tell us to go to McDonald's 🍔 Completely dumb, really helpless 😮💨 Get us to book another hotel by ourselves 🏨 Only this time is not an example😡

Modern apartment 15 minutes walk from Milano Centrale train station. Everything is clean and practical. Good transport links to the center by tram (100 meters) or subway (300 meters). Free parking in front of the house (a locked private street). Key must be picked up at the Italianway office at the main station.

The apartment has a large bed and a sofa bed in the living room, which can accommodate four people. There is also a microwave, induction cooker, refrigerator, pots and pans in the living room. There are supermarkets nearby. It is a good choice for long-term stays. Please pay attention to those who book online. Go to the train station where they have an office to collect your keys.

Very nice hotel!

During our check in we asked for a second key and in order to get it we had to pay 50 euro as guarantee. ( i booked a room for two people). The first disappointment came with the broken elevator. Just note i was at the same place one and a half months ago and the elevator was out of order since then. i gave them then the benefit of a doubt. Entering the room to arrange our things the drawer in the wardrobe was broken. we tried to make a coffee the kettle was not working. we tried to boiled water on electric cooker which was not working as well. we used the microwave to boil water for our coffee. i tried to wash our cups and the kitchen sponge had hair on it. Τhe water in the bathroom was either hot or cold, not even a soap holder. 5 Days nobody came at least to change the towels..... so more if you can avoid the premises, please do....

The sheets were not washed. It was not just stains. It was smelly and there was dry and hard stains on the sheets.

Easy to check in as check in point inside the Milan train station. good location with only 3 mins walk to metro station. Neat and tidy apartment with all the things you need.

Check in was convenient, there is a bit of a trick to using the locks but after figuring it out was able to use with no problem. We did not know the apartment we chose was in the basement so it was very cold otherwise very clean and spacious, walkable from train station

My family and I left this Italianway property after 20 minutes of stepping our feet in the door and immediately booked another hotel. This Italianway property was in a graffiti infested and sketchy area and the walk to/from Central Station was farther than advertised. We saw a homeless man take a dump on the sidewalk on our way to the property. There was no way you could walk to/from this property from Central Station feeling safe, especially at night. Anybody with common sense will know that that you could easily get robbed staying in this area so we did not hesitate to leave. Regarding the property itself, the elevator in the building kept jerking when you enter, which is not normal. First impression of property itself was ok at best but definitely not worth their nightly rate. Photos were misleading. There is no onsite reception; their offsite reception is at Central Station, which is only open during business hours - HUGE RED FLAG. We understand that there are booking terms and conditions, but we asked multiple times for a full/partial refund as a courtesy/in good faith due to safety concerns and Italianway didn’t care and refused our multiple requests. They gladly kept our money for our 3 night booking when we didn’t even stay there at all!! We are a very loyal and frequent ********** users and this is the worst property and experience ever on their platform. Most importantly, this Italianway property and Italianway customer service is really below ********** standards.

The apartment floor was very dirty & you would not notice it bec. it’s white tiled flooring. We didn’t have any slippers to use inside thats why we noticed the dust and black colour on our soles. Bed bugs all over the other double bed my 2 daughters had a big red bites on.Transportation and restaurants are not in the vicinity. Its a bit secluded area specially at night time, you won’t see people around. Not a cheap price we paid for 3 nights in Milan.
