Hilton Garden Inn Milan North Reviews

The hotel is new and clean! We checked in at 7pm, the receptionist is friendly and helpful despite being the only staff on duty. There is a mini bar / grocery shop beside the reception desk incase you need to buy some snacks in the middle of the night. The hotel is convenient, with 2-3 major supermarkets nearby. Train station M1 line is just 5mins walk away, which takes you around 20mins to reach most of the tourist attractions in Milan city center.

The hotel is very clean and the service was good, stuff are very friendly and the rooms also are big and clean.

I save only the service and the staff of this hotel. I found rubbish uncleaned in my room, the sank clogged, no sleepers and no water in the room. the staff did it's best to solve the situation. I appreciate their effort.

Good to stay here, a clean and nice location to metro, that really helps self driving travelers to stay here and have their plans in the downtown city

Made two different bookings as I wasn’t sure if the hotel was good. However, it went beyond my expectation so I extended my stay. In addition to what I have mentioned on my earlier feedback, I was able to check out late at about 1:30 PM without any additional fee. Finally, I would like to thank the excellent customer service from the staff. The breakfast was worth more than the fee they charge. I’m definitely staying at this hotel when I visit Milan some time in the future.

The location is away from city but close to metro which is quite convenient. However, the fire alarm is too annoying, which shines really brightly every 10s.

Great hotel with standard amenities and close to metro station.

Only downside is location - 20+ minutes by taxi from Duomo.

Traditional Sheraton style hotel just a bit far away to the Milan downtown. Easy to take metro and nice breakfast

I can't wait to visit Milan and Book this hotel, first impressions when I walk in to the lobby I fall in love already. The check in need a little more time but it's fine, receptions staff all are friendly and nice. The room is spacious and comfortable, huge shower room and super clean. Reception girl inform us about the most famous pizza nearby and I have to thanks her for making such great recommendation..I am sorry I forgot her name because when I lost her name card. She's pretty and has tanning skins so sweet girl Lobby is huge and during the seasons of pandemic they didn't open the restaurant but can order if needed. We didn't try so sorry cannot recommend the food. But the pizza she recommended OMG so delicious 😋 I will post my video soon about Hilton Garden Inn Milan so pls subscribe wtlj on YouTube. Thanks

Super clean and comfortable, near to Metro Station Vila San and in a quiet location. The breakfast is gorgeous, you have various kinds of food, from hot to cold, sweet to salty, and the best is, you can make your own waffle :) Hotel stuff very kind and helpful (especially thanks to Rossalina) Would definitely stay here again

Great hotel. We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was perfect. High standards. The room was sparkling clean, warm, with good quality toiletries, kettle with tea and coffee. Friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is just 30 min away by subway from the city center and located right near metro station. The neighborhood is quiet and safe with cheap supermarkets around. We will be definitely back when we travel again to Milan.

Hotel was fine, bang average. Few things let it down, firstly not one member of staff cracked a smile in the 3 days we were there. The man and woman who checked us in. (Older gentleman with grey hair and young girl with blonde/brown streaks) were so unwelcoming i actually thought we had done something wrong. But they were both like that for the duration of our stay. We asked the girl if she had something at breakfast time and she just pointed and walked off rather than helping properly. I needed an iron one afternoon and was told to head to the 1st floor where there was a laundry room. An iron in the room would of been ideal as i had to re-dress to then go down 3 floors and use the communal one. Once down there my key wouldnt let me in si had to ring reception again ti which i got asked to go down i told them no as my card is working it must be the door. They then put the phone down on me with a sigh as if it was my fault, the man came up let me in with no sorry or smile at least again. The hotel itself isnt bad, breakfast was nice just the whole experience was let down by the piss poor service from the staff. Would expect more from a Hilton!
