This is the worst Novotel I have ever been to! Although it is a well-known chain! In my room, the mattress had huge pellets on it that felt like peas through the sheets! It was impossible to lie down, much less sleep! I called the service department, told them about the problem and asked for an employee to come. They told me they would come in 5 minutes. Of course, no one came in 5, 15 or 30 minutes. I called the service department 3 times! The fourth time, when I had already started swearing, they sent an employee to me (as I found out the next day, they sent a DRIVER to me!!!). This employee came and said, well, yes, there is a problem, we will move you. For another 20 minutes, no one came... I had to call again and remind them about myself! In the end, they moved me to another room, where there was exactly the same damaged mattress!!!! Apparently, they have the same thing in all their rooms!!! They told me again that they would change my room. After 40 minutes, nothing had happened!!!!!! It was late evening, I wanted to sleep. It was a terrible situation when the staff absolutely did not care about the client!!!! I went down to the reception, where no one knew about my problem and did nothing!!! This is the worst service in my life! If I were the hotel management, I would fire all the employees who worked that evening.... In the end, I realized that no one was going to do anything, no one simply did not care. I had to sleep on a blanket. And the next day, when I was flying out, the same driver who was sent to me drove me to the airport. He said that they do not solve anything and could not help me in any way.
