Originally, I wanted to stay near the Central Station, but it was actually 1km away from the Central Station. It took about 10 minutes to walk there, and it was a bit hard to push the suitcase. And when I booked, they said they provided an airport bus, but in fact, they didn't. I didn't need to go back to the station to take the bus, but it was very convenient to go to the subway station. If you want to go to the airport, I recommend going to another train station to avoid the Central Station~ You can Google it. The overall service is pretty good, and the front desk attitude is also very good, but the breakfast is average.

Good location, metro at the door and Central Station 15 minutes away on foot! Excellent service, pleasant breakfast and all the necessary amenities for a short stay.

The location is good. Take the bus from the airport to the central train station and follow the navigation to the hotel. There are supermarkets and many restaurants next to it The hotel room is very clean and the breakfast variety and taste are good

A good hotel, located relatively close to Duomo Square - the first time we got there by metro, and in subsequent days we walked in a straight line, about 30 minutes. The room is small but cozy, the furniture is modern, the bed is comfortable. On the first day they forgot to clean our room, but on the remaining days the cleaning was very good, towels were changed, gels/soap were constantly added (there was no need to ask, as is often the case). Breakfast is a little sparse, there is a not very tasty omelet, fried bacon, simple sausages, some cold cuts, cucumbers/tomatoes, fruit, pastries, jams. At exactly 10:00, without warning, they close the door to the dining room and very quickly take away all the food :) In general, for such adequate money the hotel turned out to be quite normal. Well, the central station is quite close, easy to walk.

very pleasant and attentive staff (especially Fernanda), the rooms are also very clean. there is also free coffee from the coffee machine 24/7 Also a very nice terrace with an incredible view of the city and skyscraper Very tasty and varied breakfast :) A little strange smell in the room and on the floor in general(

We stayed here for the F1 and found the location was great for local transport, shops and food. Our room was a good size, it was very clean and exactly what we needed. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was lovely but I did think the breakfast room was a little on the small side for the size of the hotel. We visited Duomo to do a little shopping and found the transport very easy to use and cost effective. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in Milan.

We only stayed one night, but they were so kind and helpful such that a shout-out necessary. They helped us get taxicabs, find our way to the prime shopping areas of Milan, gave us an efficient walking route, and simply made every effort to have us enjoy our time in Milan. Breakfast was fine, rooms were good enough, and location was fine. Thank you Best Western Hotel City!

This hotel was really controversial central station and the metro,The staff was extremely friendly and informative.Rooms were very clean and spacious and the hotel offers a wonderful breakfast for only 8 dollars.

My husband and I stayed in this hotel for a week near end of May 2024, booked online as part of EasyJet holiday package.excellent location in a major elegant fashion street, full of designers shops, fine restaurants and cafes. 10 minutes walk to Milan Central Station, 30 minutes walk to city centre ie Duomo, Gallery Vittorios Emmanuel. Metro station is literally just outside the hotel entrance. Hop on Hop off city sightseeing bus blue line passes by this hotel. The hotel is 6 floors, rooms are quite spacious and very clean, cleanes and towels and toiletries changed every day. Mini bar and safe, hair dryer and tea/coffee facilities. First day 2 complimentary water bottles. Staff are very helpful and nice, all speak English. They can provide you with anything you need. As it unexpectedly rained couple of days while we were there were multiple umbrellas in the lobby you can borrow.

we stayed in this hotel for 1 night on our journey to Lake Garda this hotel was very comfortable and very central if you are travelling by train as its close to the train station the breakfast was good the bed was comfortable and the check in staff were excellent would certainly use this hotel when i an visiting milan again
