It's worth the amount we are paying. Breakfast was great. It was a surprise for me that we needed to pay city tax for every day we stayed there and it was slightly extra.

The breakfast is great at Hotel Dieci. The location is also great because it is only steps away from the bus station.

Stayed here for one night (Tuesday 4th October 2022). Checked in at about 6pm and found check in process very straight forward. I stayed in a single room (#102) and found room very satisfactory and clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The only negative observation I would have would be that I was woken by the sound of running water in pipes somewhere in the building. I paid €96 plus city tax of €5 for room which I found to be great value. I would definitely return here if visiting Milan again....

Typical Italian low budget hotel. Works for sleeping, but barely. Not able to adjust the temperature, so very warm room when warm outside. The garbage bin was not emptied when I arrived. About 10 min walk to Piola Metro Station. Otherwise nothing worth your while in the neighborhood. If you want to visit for a low cost only for sleep then go ahead if you don’t mind a warm room. I would recommend something else.

This hotel's receptionist Christiano is by far the rudest and most arrogant guy we have ever encountered in all the hundreds of hotels we ever stayed at. The moment we walked into this hotel, this horrible man looked at us with a disgusted face like 'what are you doing here' and no word, let alone a friendly smile, was given. When we said we had a reservation, he kept on staring at us, and when we then asked whether he needed a name, he just nodded rudely, like 'of course'. From there on it went all just down hill, because he seemed to want to have a discussion about pretty much everything. Apparently we needed to pay per person, which meant we had to pay more which was not a problem at all, but he was so extremely rude while explaining this! He kept on cutting us off, talking over us, and at one point even 'warning' us that we needed to 'listen to him while being quiet' because 'he was working there'. When we asked him to see the print in his hand with our booking information since we couldn't find certain details in our profile, he kept on being rude and said 'we could look for it ourselves' while having a smurk on his face. When we finally told him clearly that he was beyond rude and that we were paying customers, it seemed to work but the drama continued when we asked for an extra blanket because 'we had one bed so we could have only one blanket'. Another discussion! This receptionist seemed to genuinely enjoy these difficult conversations, something we never encountered in any other hotel before, which made it the worse experience ever. Eventually we got some extra blankets and sheets, but the damage already had been done... We couldn't wait to leave this hotel and never ever return again! The hotel was actually pretty decent with a great breakfast but thanks to this awful man, our stay at this hotel was completely ruined which was obviously very disappointing. Therefore, our recommendation is to get rid of this receptionist. Unfortunately there is always a rotten apple to be found in every single basket, and the best way to deal with that is to take it out immediately.

Ok hotel with excellent breakfast, but slightly small rooms. The description says free parking close to the hotel, but that is no longer the case. At check-in I had lost my passport and the hotel will not accept my driver's license, which is not ok as I am an EU citizen.

È la seconda volta che pernotto in questo hotel, una garanzia di semplicità e pulizia, camere silenziose, in una bella zona residenziale, chiamata “città studi”, ricca di ristoranti, birrerie e tanto verde, con ingresso sulla “circonvallazione esterna” (così chiamata dai milanesi altro non è che un bel viale alberato che come un cerchio gira intorno al centro) dove troverete proprio davanti una fermata degli autobus circolari dx e sx linea 91 o altre linee nelle immediate vicinanze comodissime per raggiungere il centro, la stazione centrale o le fermate della metro. Personale gentilissimo, un bel cortiletto interno è una ricca colazione completano il servizio che ha un rapporto qualità prezzo da 4 stelle per Milano…e non metto di più solo per l’arredamento delle camere e dell’hotel che andrebbe riammodernato ma come detto all’inizio se amate la semplicità e la pulizia in un ambiente ospitale sarete nel posto giusto

Ottimo hotel. Check in veloce, personale professionale e cordiale, camere spaziose e molto pulite. Struttura architettonicamente datata quindi poco pratica per le persone anziane o con mobilità ridotta. Hall nel seminterrato un po' angusta ma, ripeto, dipende dalla struttura dell'edificio probabilmente d'interesse storico e quindi non modificabile. Colazione allineata alla categoria dell'albergo. Prezzi, secondo il periodo, onesti. Ci torneremo

Si può raggiungere da Milano Centrale a piedi e si trova vicino al politecnico. Pulito, personale molto gentile, prezzo onesto. La singola è un po' piccola ma è stato per una sola notte.
