Highly recommended. The front desk is very friendly. If you like the old and classic Italian style, you can consider it. It is very close to the subway and the airport. Breakfast doesn't have many choices but tastes good.

Customer service is terrible. The Italian man at reception in the evening was very nice and pleasant but the womam we met next morning was extremely arrogant and needs to learn manners. It was normal for her to shout to me via hotel door "what do you want" while speaking to a friend outside hotel then making multiple excuses. I dont want to hear your story of your friend. I came to reception for my own issue and questions! We had an issue with booking and I couldn't even explain it until the end, she became agressive and started accusing me. If you don't want to return money back but AT LEAST be polite to your guests which Ive mentioned too.I have also attached some photos of the room. If you're booking this hotel think twice.

Il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel è stato a dir poco disastroso. La camera era arredata con mobili fatiscenti e di cattivo gusto, sembravano proprio quelli della casa di mia nonna. Nessuna cura per la manutenzione e l'arredamento, con un risultato complessivamente deprimente. Il bagno era la ciliegina sulla torta: rubinetteria degli anni sessanta con manopole girevoli arrugginite e malfunzionanti. La luce sul lavandino era così sporca che non riusciva neanche a illuminare correttamente. Le pulizie erano pressoché inesistenti; in bagno hanno solo cambiato gli asciugamani senza nemmeno pulire i rubinetti. Polvere e sporco ovunque. La nostra camera non aveva né balcone né finestra, solo un lucernario impossibile da aprire a causa dei piccioni che infestavano la tettoia. Un'esperienza negativissima che non ripeteremo mai più. Per di più, l'hotel si trova in una zona molto degradata di Milano, contribuendo ulteriormente al nostro malessere durante il soggiorno. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

Nous avons passé 2 nuits à 2 dans cet hôtel, chambre 406. L'accueil fut souriant. Le petit-déjeuner : correct, sans plus. La chambre : mansardée, ouverture/fermeture fenêtre avec une perche qui mériterait d'être expliquée sur une notice dans la chambre, air conditionné qui ne fonctionne pas, douche qui fuit (bac mouillé), robinet droit du lavabo (eau froide) bloqué. Appel à la réception pour signaler la climatisation en panne : la personne répond que le patron a décidé de l'éteindre. Ventilateur à disposition si on veut. Bah non, nous on a payé pour une climatisation. La personne comprend et nous invite à nous adresser au Responsable de la réception (celui qui nous a accueilli). Check-out : le Respnsable nous informe que c'est la loi (on a vérifié, c'est vrai en-dessous de 25 degrés dehors) sur un ton péremptoire à la limite de l'agressivité, ton qu'il conserve lorsqu'on lui reporte les autres dysfonctionnements : il fallait le dire avant. Et en plus ça l'étonnerait bien parce qu'ils contrôlent tout en faisant le ménage. Donc il remet en question notre parole. Si on n'en a pas parlé, c'est qu'on a vécu très facilement avec. Si on l'a reporté en partant, c'est pour les autres clients qui vont suivre. En résumé : aucune information avant et une très mauvaise communication après. Et une désagréable impression que l'équipe (la Direction?) est surtout là pour encaisser l'argent. Le service client, ça s'apprend.

Ho chiamato 4 giorni prima per 3 matrimoniali,la Signore mi conferma la disponibilità e mi comunica gli estremi per il pagamento completo e anticipato.Al telefono il prezzo era 210€ al momento del bonifico mi mandano un email dove mi dicono che il prezzo era 250€ decido comunque di prenotare le camere visto che dovevo andare a Milano per una visita importante che doveva fare mia mamma,faccio il bonifico invio la ricevuta e mi confermano via email la prenotazione della camera. Poco dopo mi contattano dicendo che mi davano 2 sole camere e non 3 e che il prezzo sarebbe stato sempre lo stesso,chiedo spiegazioni e visto che avevo spiegato il motivo per cui andavo dico loro che non erano seri. Un loro collaboratore molto "simpatico" mi risponde dicendo che se mia madre aveva una visita erano problemi suoi e che le camere disponibili erano comunque 2,a quel punto chiedo il rimborso e disdico la prenotazione.Il rimborso è arrivato ma loro rimangono comunque degli incivili.

A decent place to stay very close to Metro-Tram station. Very clean place. Varied breakfast.Thanks to Joe who checked us in and didn't let us starve to death when we arrived late at night. Many thanks to Paola who did her best to help me with an issue with the toll receipt. Definitely go back again!

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa struttura un po' retrò ma con personale eccezionale. Presente il kit nelle camere di "grande" cortesia, persino con lo spazzolino e dentifricio. Personale alla reception, aperta 24h su 24h, operativo e risolutivo.
