The WORST hotel in Milan. The room was infested with mosquitoes, the furniture was old. The bed was like a cardboard. The hotel has a terrible location... the list goes on. You still use metal keys with massive room number logos. The elevators are small and feel like they will break down any minute. Parking is very sketchy and don't plan on it being available. They might have 3-4 spots max for the entire hotel.
Now to the most important part. The customer service. It does not exist. They have the absolute worst service of any hotel in Europe. This starts from the owner who casually walks around the lobby to the front desk staff. They are all extremely rude.
if you are coming from the USA or UK DO NOT STAY HERE. They will do everything they can to charge you more and if you don't pay, they will threaten to call the police and kick you out.
STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.

Siamo stati in questo hotel per lavoro, devo dire che la comodità data dalla posizione del hotel è stata ottima. Per quanto riguarda la struttura è parecchio datata e a mio parere poco organizzata. Al mio arrivo la stanza era gelata e quando ho chiesto l’accensione del riscaldamento sono state inventate un po’ di scuse senza fondamenta. Visto il sollecito, hanno però provveduto a portarmi prima una stufetta in camera e successivamente ad accendermi il riscaldamento. Riassunto: qualità/prezzo non ci siamo proprio

Friendly people, also nice that they provide 24/7 service and security. The parking spot was good and the rooms were typical boutique with each a different story. Also the location of the hotel is located nice. Within 10 minutes you are in the city center of Milano
