Very good hotel with convenient transportation

The room facilities are okay, and the decoration is also full of racing-themed style, which is pretty good. The guy at the front desk is very polite and gentle, but I slept late in the morning, and the waiter directly opened the door with the key after nine o'clock! ! I can't understand, since you want to use the key to unlock the lock, don't you know there are people inside? Another knock on the door? It is also very noisy near the room. There are various sounds of moving and throwing things in the morning. The experience is very bad!

This hotel is amazing—unique, well-located, and with incredible staff! A big thanks to Lino and his cheerful colleague Carribean. Their friendliness and positive energy really stood out. The breakfast was nice, with great staff. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. They truly care about their guests and ensure a welcoming atmosphere from start to finish. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back!

Friendly people, also nice that they provide 24/7 service and security. The parking spot was good and the rooms were typical boutique with each a different story. Also the location of the hotel is located nice. Within 10 minutes you are in the city center of Milano

This hotel is perfectly located, close to metro line 5 (Domodossola station is 3-minute away by walk). All the staff is helpful and friendly, especially the employees at the reception and the cleaning staff. The room was clean and quiet. The owner seems to be a fan of the eighties and vintage things. Every room has a nickname and is decorated accordingly. They serve a varied breakfast. I will for sure choose that hotel again for my next visit in Milan.

Such a lovely hotel and staff were so accommodating! Leno and Willie looked after us so well! I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Milan! Honestly can’t thank the staff for how amazing they have been, meeting our every need if we’ve had a problem and also giving us directions to everywhere we wanted to go!

This hotel was a great choice to participate in the Milano21 running event occurred last November. It is conveniently located close to the start/end, they have private parking, they offered me early breakfast and late check-out perfectly in time with the race timings. Last but not least, staff is very kind and in particular Willy made all possible efforts to ensure that also my family with a little kid could enjoy the stay while I was participating in the competition. Very recommended.

This is not a 4 star hotel. It's weird. Staff unhelpful. No tea and coffee in rooms. Shower hoses onto floor and is awkward space. No room service. Enormous key rings on wooden blocks. Hard to fit in handbag. Rest of hotels in 21st century use swipe cards.

This hotel is under refurbishment Our double room was clean tidy unfortunately scaffold was up and to make matters worse the aircon didn’t work on arrival I went called the concierge and he came up to room presuming I couldn’t work it Immediately he told us to pack and gave us a upgrade to a room with a kitchen and superb spa shower and working air con The parking area at rear is secured The location of hotel is excellent only 5 mins walk to City Life Mall with shops and restaurants Or alternatively cross in front of hotel and catch the NO 19 tram it is only 8 stops to Cathedral and city centre and passes the thriving city restaurants and shops in 10 minutes This hotel has a James Bond theme a bit quirky but overall a great place to stay in Milano

Stayed here with my partner for a conference. Staff happily changed our room upon request and were exceptionally helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The rooms each have their own quirky theme and many have a balcony perfect for relaxing, the only criticism is in the room we stayed the bathroom could be updated. Well deserving of 5 stars from me, fantastic value for money and brilliant customer service.

While waiting for a meeting on the construction site with the DL of CityWave, a colleague and I decided to look for a place to have a coffee. Attracted by the interesting decor, I approached the entrance and was immediately greeted by an extremely friendly person, probably the director of the facility, who asked me how he could help me. Asking if this was a good place for a coffee, noticing the counter with a coffee machine, I received a "sure, come along" reminder. The coffee was excellent, accompanied by a delicious croissant and the unexpected courtesy of two bottles of water. When I asked to pay, they replied with a smile: "Don't worry, next time". Amazed, only when I went out did I realize that I was in a hotel lobby. They could have simply told me that breakfast was for guests only, but instead they demonstrated a rare and much appreciated brilliance and sense of hospitality. Other reviews may give you an idea of ​​the rooms and amenities, but it is the uniqueness of the management and staff, believe me, that makes the difference.
