The hotel was innough just for one night, at a good price. Room was clean and just comfortable. Bathroom seemed new. Bed was not very comfortable but ok. The whole place seems to neee a refresh, its kind of old and looks dark inside. Also we bookee a room with breakfast and when we arrived, the receptionist told us they served no longer breakfast. Thanks to Trip we got refunded for breakfast.

Nice location, 1 min walk to the metro station, with many stores around Room is very clean and tidy There was a problem with my booking, the front desk guy did everything to make sure I got my room, very helpful

This is a very standard room with few amenities in a good location. It is a manageable walk from the train station and is close to several tourist destinations and lots of restaurants and a really great cannoli shop is a two minute walk away. 

Hotel is located very close to Duomo, up to 15 min walking distance, room is very clean... Staff is very friendly and helpful!!! Overall experience is great, for sure will be my choice again!

Cool place

The location of the hotel is good, you can reach most attractions on foot. Clean, stuffy, but there is a cooling device in the room, which is noisy.

There was no problem with the cleanliness or the size of the room. There was also a luggage storage service after check-out (you can leave your luggage near the reception). However, it took a little time to check in because they said that the reservation was not made. Also, the entrance was a little difficult to find. The shutter was closed, but if you press the button shaped like a doorbell, the receptionist will open it for you.

The hotel does not have an electric kettle or coffee, but the transportation is very convenient and it is very close to the subway station. It is more troublesome to get in and out of the gate, but the staff service is pretty good. The hotel is a bit older.

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The heating, air conditioning, hair dryer and other facilities are all broken, and there are no quilts. It was very cold in winter and I couldn't sleep all night and there was no refund. Sound insulation is very poor. The bedding also has hair and smell…

Not many hotels in Italy have air-conditioning. AURORA does not have air-conditioning, so it is still a bit hot. It is basically the city center, with convenient transportation, restaurants and supermarkets around. The service is very good and very enthusiastic.
