Milan Apartment Rental

Check-in is located at the address, but you have to wait until after 3:00 pm before someone opens the door to check-in. Maybe the two-bedroom apartment we booked has to go to another place 1.5km away. We booked it because it is close to the station, but we have to walk a Triangular, although there is another place 10 minutes away from the station, the apartment cannot use electrical appliances at the same time, and the boiler for water and laundry tripped, and it tripped 7-8 times in one night.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Dedicate yourself to something other than tourism. I don't know how it can limit tourism with its absurd schedules or give it bad attention. We arrived at 9 pm because that was the time of our train and you can't even communicate with them beforehand, they never responded when they were notified of the arrival time, they never warn you of their rigidity and their inflexible and absurd schedule for check in. A place that rents to tourism must be willing to receive its guests when they arrive, if they cannot do so or rather are not willing, CHANGE JOB or simply put lockers with passwords and keys. I see your rude responses and claiming that it is economical.. Well no. It's not cheap, the hotel I had to book 2 blocks from you was cheaper and had better facilities. What the city should do is close you down forever because of rude people, louts, scammers. Total lack of empathy with their guests whose bellies are filled with roaring at them because they are hungry. The funniest thing is that they start to respond defensively, wanting to blame you, but it is obvious to anyone that these people simply don't have a brain, they don't know how to work this business scheme, much less treat their guests decently. I wish I was the only one but no... there are hundreds of people, if not thousands on various platforms who have complained about these scammers and yet they dare to get defensive. PLEASE DON'T EVER COME TO THIS filthy, DISGUSTING, FUCKING PLACE.

The apartment is equipped but not very clean, the TV doesn't work, the sofa is very dirty, the second bed was not ready. The location, for those coming from the central station, is excellent. The girl at the reception was courteous.
