The service aspect is still satisfactory, and it is very positive to solve the problem. However, during the travel, facing these episodes, it is necessary to constantly communicate, which is a waste of time and affects some moods~

The hotel feels okay, but the service is very cold and smirking makes me feel uncomfortable. The receptionist was very cold when we first arrived at the hotel. The room smelled a little. The rhinitis was severe after I went in. I don't know where the smell comes from in the middle of the night. What I want to say is that breakfast is really simple, in fact, in addition to the hardware of a hotel, the breakfast is still very important to customers. I have stayed in a lot of hotels, and this one is really different. Now to Florence, the hotel attitude set here is super good. Very comfortable.

The design is very beautiful. The Scandinavian style. But maybe the hotel has been open for a long time. It feels that the hotel facilities are a bit old. The sanitary environment is like a shower and a super bug. Others can have a hotel breakfast. But the garden scenery is beautiful.
