緊鄰米蘭中央車站，很方便！！！

The hotel is near Milan train station. The door is very small. My colleagues couldn't find it after walking through it several times. As soon as I entered the door, I put my luggage next to the sofa at the front desk. A colleague looked at the luggage and accidentally found that a Long Champ bag was missing! It was so scary! I asked to see the surveillance video, but the front desk said it was too late that night and I could only see it the next day. The next day, the hotel staff pushed and said that I had to call the police before I could see it. After strong requests, they said they could help me see it, but it would take half an hour. I was in a hurry to leave and didn't wait to see it. When I returned to China and asked Ctrip customer service to intervene, they also gave various excuses not to send the surveillance video. I seriously suspect that the front desk and the thief were in collusion. There was no one at the front desk, but when I checked in, several people suddenly came to the luggage. This is the first time I have stayed in this hotel in more than ten years in Milan, and the first time I encountered such a thing. This hotel is really blacklisted! It is better to stay in Ibis or Hilton. There are too many thieves in hotels near the train station. It is too dangerous! Everyone must pay more attention!
