Excellent stay, friendly staff and great location 10 mins walk from duomo

This was my second time staying at an Ostello Bello property. It was still a great stay, but the Ostello in Como felt a lot better in comparison.

Close to city Center and very good location. I will recommend my friend to book this hotel. Service good and clean. Breakfast is also good too. If I go to Milian again I don’t mind to live in there again. No room key and use code to get in room. Easy and environment friendly. There are different type of room to choose. Restroom is clean. Although the room is small but ok. A lot of shop, restaurant, landmark nearby hotel. If short trip to Milan, I would suggest this is best choice of hotel. There are room for group of six too. Have kitchen for those guest if they would like to cook and gathering.

Nice hostel with a great atmosphere & nice vintage decoration in the common area. Confortable and clean bedrooms & bathrooms. The hostel is also using super modern technology, as you'll need an app on your phone to use the elevator or open your room's door. Ultra warm welcome at the reception, super friendly staff, as I've rarely seen before :) Free welcome drink & great breakfast, cooked on demand. I didn't expect that so it was a nice surprise ! The only negative point I'll write is about the noise, as there was work in progress near the hotel (so not their fault at all...). To sum up : highly recommended place !

It’s enough for one night stay. I was staying at the first floor but at night outside was noisy because the grand floor is like a pub. That’s was a one negative point.

Solo trip. From the reception, everyone I met was very nice. I also met friends from France, Canada, and Hangzhou, which left a good impression on me❤️Drink coins will be given when you check in, so you can drink and chat with friends at night, so I still chose bello for the next trip. I booked a female only room for 8 people. The room is very friendly to girls. There is a dressing table, makeup remover, sanitary napkins, lotion, etc. (I was warmed up), and the bed also has USB, plugs, and a small table lamp, which is very convenient. There is also a clothes drying rod in the room to dry towels (very convenient) The locker is very large: if you don’t bring 🔒, you can rent it. The laundry service is very convenient: 8 euros includes washing and drying, and you can wash about 8-10 pieces at a time. The location is good: about 1km from the nearest subway station, cobblestone road, it’s a little tiring to drag the suitcase, and you can walk to Milan Cathedral Breakfast: It seems that the breakfast will be free if you book a room? It’s 7 euros per meal if you buy it on site I hope the above information can help you~

It was a great experience staying at a youth hostel for the first time. The location is great and within walking distance of Milan Cathedral. There are also Carrefour shopping malls, restaurants, and shopping streets right outside the hotel. It is very suitable for young people.

Food service, party service, and surrounding locations are all top-tier hostels. If you want to make friends, I highly recommend this place. Party tonight!
