The location of the hotel is good, in the vicinity of luxury brands and thus look safe. We can check-in at 11am, which is earlier than expected. The hygiene is okay but there is a towel which appears to be an used towel, perhaps for cleaning, left in the bathroom. Hair dryer and slippers are provided.

Overall good hotel, the service was great but definitely not above and beyond or anything. The room was very spacious with lots of amenities like bath salts but unfortunately not toothpaste or toothbrushes. The bed was super comfy too and was spacious and designed well as you can turn all the lights off from the bed and there were USB ports nearby.
The only downsides of this room is that outside it’s quite noisy and we could also hear banging upstairs. Additionally the ac wasn’t great so I was quite hot throughout the night.

The front desk is very friendly and helpful, the room is spacious and the shower and bath very comfortable. The location is excellent, just next to the cathedral Duomo and fashion shopping mall, there are many restaurants around, the transportation is very convenient, ten minutes walk to the castle. Will continue to stay at this hotel next time.

The room is relatively large for the same price. The room smells very strong of perfume. The parking service at the door is not a service of the hotel, and it costs 70 euros per night. I really liked the hotel for its location, all the main attractions are around the corner, the La Scala theater, the Vittorio Emanuele Gallery and the main Milan Cathedral, we managed to walk both at night and during the day, it is very beautiful
