The black guy with glasses in the front desk is impatient and not polite. This experience leaves me a very bad feel for my first day in Italy. Don't recommend to everyone one.

The room is quite clean, tidy and well laid out. The waiters are very friendly and it's close to the train station. Overall it's good. The only dissatisfaction is that there is no breakfast available.

I liked the hotel. Upon check-in, they gave me a larger room than I booked for the same price. Near the station Metro Republic. There is a delicious pizzeria in the same building. Milano Centrale train station is nearby. The Internet works without interruptions. The room rate was low in April 24.
