I have rented a standart room. Hotel gave me a room size of toilet. After my claim on reception, russian language speaking girl has said it is normal. But pictures on booking or trip.com were not the same. After my claim to trip support they helped me. Hotel changed me room to normal and promised breakfast. In the morning breakfast was not offered and one night i have spent in a “locker room”. And spent full price money as for the normal room.
My opinion this girl saw my russian passport and thats why she decided to screw up my comfort. Screwed up vacation, will never get back to this hotel

Location: Very close to the Porta Venezia metro station, which offers convenient access to the Duomo and Santa Maria delle Grazie (where you can see 'The Last Supper'). It's a quiet area despite being central, with a food street nearby.
Facilities: For a European hotel, it's relatively new. While the amenities are on par with a budget hotel back home, it does have a decent-sized elevator.
Service: They offer 24-hour front desk service, and the staff's English is quite good.
Cleanliness: Overall, it's very clean.
A great choice among hotels in Milan! 👍

Many cafes for your breakie and aperitivo and a short walk to 2 train stations via cobbled paths. Here are a couple of sights for a vibe of the area.

This is a great 3-star hotel, comparable to a Home Inn in China. The room was clean and tidy. The 24-hour front desk made checking in very convenient. The hot water pressure in the room was excellent, making for a very comfortable shower. Although our room was facing the street, it wasn't noisy in the mornings. There are many authentic-looking local restaurants nearby, but unfortunately, we didn't have enough time to try them. It's also not far from Milan Cathedral, just three subway stops away. Overall, it's a hotel with high value for money, perfect for family trips.

This hotel is on par with a domestic guesthouse, I don't recommend it. The only upside is its convenient location. If it's really cheap, you might consider it, but if it's expensive, I genuinely advise against it. The value for money is just too low.

The room was a bit old but functional enough. The showerhead in the bathroom had inconsistent water pressure, and the air conditioning was very noisy; I had to turn it off at night to sleep. On the positive side, the front desk service was good, and they even had staff who spoke Chinese.

Family Room given was what was described. Room was clean. Came in early and they allowed early checked in. Toiletries were too basic with very little soap given. Breakfast was OK. Location was great. Very near the metro and eateries. Groceries were also nearby.
