My room is on the high floor. The opposite is a bar, very noisy up to 2:00am in the morning. Breakfast is ok, basic.. The lift is very small. It is not far from the bus station and the train, this is the reason for me to book for 2 nights because I arrived at almost midnight.. However, if I arrive early, I'll go for another one. But if you need to be close to the train station then it is one option.

My 2nd stay here after few years. Very pleasant stay. All staff were so friendly and helpful there. Best location. Clean and safe. Recommended!

Great traditional hotel very close to Milano Centrale, well ventilated room, fairly quiet street despite being very central, decent breakfast.

Not a favourable experience. Bald guy at reception was not friendly, only the lady staff at reception was helpful and friendly. They had two buildings and we stayed in the three stars one across the street. Some parts of the building we stayed in was still under renovation... Understand that there is no Aircon but the fan wasn't working so we had to open the windows. There was bugs flying in the room during sleeping and we got bitten quite badly. After reporting to the bald guy the reply is dismissive with a simple “thanks for the feedback". Poor service and stay.

It’s a good hotel , reasonable price , not excellent but quite decent and comfortable. very close to central station, very good and friendly reception people , and hotel staff. Decent room , have sleepers, free drinks in the fridge , breakfast also was good .

Very small room very cold in the room I have frozen whole the night.

Location is great, 5 mins walk from Milan cetrale. Staff at reception was nice, chatted with me and introduced me some ways to travel to the tourist attractions. There’s a free minibar in the room with soft drinks and water. Breakfast was great.

The elevator is only for one person per time,maybe inconvenient for couples or families 💁🏻‍♀️ the staffs are nice and breakfasts are tasty but there is rule to put back the key at front desk,m everytime get out from hotel , it's bit trouble. the room is smaller than expected,gotta pay to upgrade for a better one.

The location is super good, just next to Milan train station, about 6 minutes walk. The breakfast is very good, the staff are very nice. The room is larger than the average European hotel, the air conditioning is noisy at 20 degrees, but it is fine when it is turned up to 22 degrees.

It is suitable for business trips, but a little small. There is a bed, a table, a bathroom and a small corridor, which is just right for spending the night. The price is a little expensive, but the transportation is convenient.

As a domestic Huazhu hotel, the standard is acceptable. The room I stayed in, 204, was next to the elevator and the street. Except for the bar opposite which was open until 3 a.m. on Friday night, there was no noise (maybe I went to bed early and slept soundly). It is very close to the central railway station, and it is very convenient to go to the airport and the cathedral. As a tourist, convenient transportation is the first priority. It is convenient to take the train to Lake Como. The pizza and pasta at the restaurant at the door are very authentic. Overall, I am very satisfied.

The room is big, although it is old, it is good. The breakfast is OK, not as exaggerated as the good ones. The location is good. There are five kinds of water in the room, which is very good. The response is timely.

Fairy Hotel, I originally booked it casually, but it turned out to be very formal and professional overall. There is a coffee and soda buffet on the first floor. The room is larger than expected. It is a very comfortable house. There are five bottles of drinks and a bottle of sparkling juice in the refrigerator. ,So happy! The street downstairs is busy, but the glass in the room is very soundproof. The breakfast is also very luxurious, with several types of juices and carrot juice available on site, four types of croissants, a rich variety of jams, and many cheese varieties and condiments. The front desk receptionist is a very friendly Italian guy who can chat with you when he is not busy. This is the most successful hotel we have booked in this trip!

The location and service are very good. The breakfast is rich. After we checked out, we had coffee and croissants in the lobby. Water, coffee and snacks are free. The waiter is also friendly and will quickly replenish water and snacks when they are gone. I originally booked other hotels when I returned to Milan, but I changed to this hotel after I checked out. The downside is that the room is a bit small and the bathroom is super small. Although it is small, it has complete facilities and free drinks in the minibar.
