Idea Hotel Milano San Siro Reviews

Definitely not a 4 star hotel and atleast 30 minutes away from most attractions but there is a bus service and metro close by. Needed a better clean but basic cleaning is done every day so not too bad. Good for the price.

We picked this place through trip.com because it was close to our concert venue at the water park. It is walking distance and offers paid parking at hotel. However, the facility is terrible. When you walk in to the hotel the front desk is a mess. Then we got our room key and when we went to our room the door was already opened. The room was dirty. The bathroom had garbage in it. Inside garbage was a woman’s sanitary napkin and toilet paper. The shower had mold. I went back downstairs to front desk and told them the door does not lock and the room was dirty. They gave me another room and it was dirty too. I decided to leave and got another hotel. I tried to get a refund and hotel cited their cancellation policy. They did not offer any compensation. This is absurd as the hotel could not offer the services of a clean and secure room. This hotel is definitely not for families. Terrible service.

Everything was great. Attention, Restaurant service, check in & check out, staff in general, parking service. Probably will ask for little renew works in the bathroom and full cleaning for the furniture. In general, we think was excellent, complete service. Also this Hotel have shuttle service in more or less 6 different schedules for the customers. For us, the location was perfect do to the Concert we attend near San Siro Stadium.

Good service from reception. No shuttle on match days. Large room with air conditioning, TV channels including international ones. Good price value comparing to most in Milan. The hotel also has a garden for children to play. The wifi connection is quite bad.

Good service at reception. Had a problem with a room and it was changed. Comfy pillows: one sof and one hard. Relatively close to San Siro Stadium. Extra costs for breakfast or parking. Shower în bathroom. Air conditioning when working up to 26 degrees Celsius.

Not close to San siro stadium at all, very little shops or transport near. Not entirely sure how this hotel is rated 4* service at the bar was not good at all, rarely someone serving and opening later than time advertised.

This hotel is literally in the middle of no where unless you have driven there. The Guy on the front desk was really ignorant but the rest of the staff were spot on. If a travel lodge is 4 star then this is probably 3. I’d be pressed to ever stay here again. Guess you get what you pay for!

Good place for a few nights, a bit out of the way, however friendly staff. However left rubbish after each clean, however overall good stay.

Location is far from metro. They provided shuttle, but it will create a hassle if you want to go to the airport. Either you took a taxi with €100 or back to the city for 1 hour then took train or bus for another 1 hour. The staffs are not friendly. By the time we arrived, we checked in, but turns out the room was not ready. Have to change the key again. The room ligthing is dim, the bathroom has leaking shower and the toilet has little bit broken piece to it.
