Based on high expectations and experience of luxury hotels: Friendly staff, surprised to have access to room before 11am ( without needing to pay extra) always appreciate when hotels are sensible knowing the room was available and why not. Hotel was delightfully fragranced with good storytelling throughout ; for leisurely enjoyment and increasing our time spent at the hotel. Room was very bright , contemporary design with comfortable easy to manage digital controls for lighting and climate control. Likewise bathroom was spacious and practical. Linen felt luxurious for the “price of hotel” I highly recommend the hotel as I have been to Milano many times and stayed in the centre or near Centrql station but decided to try Navigli area for a change. The subway line was very convenient to go to Brera and actually to Central train station or the Linate airport. We had dinner and also breakfast at the hotel; both occasions exceeded our expectations. True value for money AND delicious , generous portions / offering with excellent bespoke service !!! Will want to stay there again !

The room was converted from a perfume factory, full of industrial style, very Italian! The family room accommodates four people, and the price/performance ratio is very high. Breakfast can be ordered, delicious and rich, and the dining environment is very good.

Milan is a very exquisitely designed hotel. I stayed for two nights and it was quiet in the bustling city. The room was large and the breakfast was very rich. It was more than 1 km walk to the cathedral. There were several delicious restaurants at the door. The price was not expensive.

As a boutique hotel, the location is quiet amidst the hustle and bustle. The decoration style has structural aesthetics and considers the relationship between nature and architecture, and a hotel forest is built inside. Located in the design and art-developed community of Milan, within walking distance to the canal, the pioneer shop Antonioli and the Armani Museum. The decoration of the room is fresh, with a summer vacation atmosphere, and the cooperation with the fragrance laboratory adds a modern artistic atmosphere. The overall environment and the price have an excellent cost performance in Milan. It can be used as a good choice for art and fashion people to travel in Milan.

Superb room, excellent staff service and tasty breakfast. Love the interiors, smell and relaxed ambience in the hotel as a whole. Broken flush button on toilet made it unusable for an evening which was inconvenient. Im sure staff would have fixed within time.

The hotel was wonderful however our room was so hot even with the heat turned off that it was difficult to sleep. The hotel needs to have both air conditioning and heat available for guests.

I absolutely LOVED this hotel. It is an old perfume factory and they have perfume scents around the hotel (subtle) and then they sell perfume. It is absolutely gorgeous (e.g., rooms, lobby, outside areas, library), with beautiful art and layout. The daily breakfasts were tasty and the service throughout the hotel was incredible. For those worried about the walking distance to the city center, we actually loved that because the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood away from all of the people and we enjoyed the walk each day. I would go back. Stunning.

Beautiful hotel with one of the best breakfast we ever had. The perfume smell around the hotel is magnificent as well as the beautiful marble used in the rooms bathroom. I can highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in the Navigli area of Milan along the canals. The staff were all so welcoming- there was torrential rain as we walked from the station so we were dripping wet on arrival, and they got us checked into our room straight away. The rooms are lovely and spacious, with more than enough space for us and our 5 year old. We had a lovely lunch in the bar downstairs- we were the only ones there but we were welcomed by the wonderful staff as if we were regulars. We also had fab cocktails later that evening, as recommended and made by the brilliant barman. Breakfast was a lovely spread of fruit, cereals and cold cuts, with eggs available as desired. The hotel is walking distance from lots of bars and cafes along the canals. Lovely spot overall!

Cigarette smoke every night coming into our room. Room description very different. No window except for ceiling sky lights
