Clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth. The room was spacious, but the walls were a bit thin so you can still hear noise from the hallway.

位置非常好。適合火車到達很晚的，但是設施條件不要期望太高，國內大城市200塊錢的水平。比較這個在米蘭也算很便宜的酒店了

Hotel is pretty new and clean. Location is very convenient and near the train station. Hotel provide luggage storage and is very good as you do not have to carry the luggage with you when you go for short trip with Italy. Will recommend and choose to thos hotel again.

Sadly the worst stay of our trip so far and a pity for such a beautiful city.
The location is fairly good being close to the station, however it feels unsafe.
Multiple amenities were missing and/or broken - bedside lamp, handheld shower, heating and sink. It feels like the hotel is falling apart.
When we asked the front desk about the heater, she replied saying it's not available (hello it's -3 degrees outside). When asked about a spare blanket, she also replied with a no. Only after I said I'd complain, she definitely found a blanket for us.
In summary, we would not stay here again and would recommend against anyone to do so.

The room is a little bit too dark.
Plus
They have balcony to dry your cloth.
They have water (cold and hot) in the hall way at the floor i was stayed at. So very convenience.
Location is near the station but there are also many hotels around.

My reserved room had a problem with the door lock and despite being overbooked and it being late at night, the reception managed to get me an upgrade to an appartment with proper door locks. The attention to client requirements is unmatchable! Great stay and wonderful experience. Would highly recommend due to close proximity of subway and train stations and good choice of restaurants in walking distance.
