Four for an evening that started with an aperitif and ended with dinner due to a long time, we just ran away after having ordered and paid for dinner (obviously reimbursed, without consuming it) due to the terrible service. We start immediately - outside - with the change of table, because the one chosen is reserved for the hostel (it will remain empty for the whole evening!). And okay, we move to the one that has just been vacated - BUT not cleaned - downhill (be careful because you can find your glass downstairs, in the Olympic construction site of the airport). After the second round of drinking - with two packets of chips allowed, - we decide to have dinner by ordering hamburgers and salads (be careful the caesar is called the police station, don't make a mistake so as not to be reprimanded by the know-it-all waiter who would do better to keep quiet if he's in the business. He also allows himself to shout because there's no room for 4 of us to have dinner at the table where they had moved us). So we start complaining to the waitress about the treatment we received, she takes it without saying a word, let alone apologizing. When the next table becomes free where there were two of us, since we couldn't physically fit into the one where we were sitting to have dinner, we spread out. If only we had never done that. I take the stool at the table for the hostel guests (always empty in the two hours there) and they immediately come to tell us that it was not possible (note that to order we got up to call the waiter, because the waits are exhausting). I explain to the girl that the stool at the table is free, I would have eaten in 5 minutes and that if necessary I would have gotten up, but I wanted to eat in peace and sitting down. Nothing, the alternative was to have dinner standing up. She then points out that the service sucks and that in two hours we were still spending 100 euros. The waitress has no choice but to suggest that we give our money back for dinner. We accept and leave, while the dishes we ordered arrive. At that moment the friend who had gone to the bathroom also returns to the table, she didn't know anything about the decision but she tells us that she heard the waiter inside say: "yes, give them back the money, so they don't come back stistr". Money in hand, we go somewhere else, but my friend, who has been frequenting the place since January even for breakfast, comes back to throw in the "glist" story that they are leaving, with the waiter denying having said it because at 47 years old he is a polite person. And thank goodness he says it to himself and says it to us who are not kids and who in life have worked at tables and in contact with the public. For me it was the first time there in 25 years of Milan, for my friends it wasn't. And we had dinner in another place in the area with more than worthy service. We will certainly never return to Madama. Long live glistr who spend their money where they are served and revered. Not recommended
