I only had air conditioning on one night of my five-night stay, and the room temperature was only 16 degrees. When I complained to the front desk, I was told to find someone to repair it tomorrow. It was so bad. I will definitely not stay in this hotel again!

Design ricercato e stile contemporaneo per il ristorante dell’omonimo boutique hotel milanese. Nel cuore di Brera si trova questo spazio elegante, accogliente con un menù interessante che abbraccia materie prime di qualità, riviste con un tocco di personalità. Recensione del ristorante: pranzo nella veranda che a causa della pioggia si affacciava su teli neri anti-pioggia a coprire dei mobili da giardino. Orribile! Sembravano sacconi della spazzatura. Sevizio sconclusionato. Tavola senza tovaglia, ne tovagliette. Piattino e due posate. Mah ?! Abbiamo preso antipasto e del riso saltato una una ciotola alta, ma troppo alta per mangiare comodamante. Bello l’arredamento ma mangiare bene e’ un’altra cosa :-(

Premetto che l’hotel è arredato in modo meraviglioso. Complimenti all’architetto, per il resto pessimo! Ho pranzato, quindi non posso valutare la parte delle hotel, posso solo dire che il ristorante non ha un servizio da 5 stelle, personale improvvisato e non particolarmente cortese. Menù scritto bene ma le portate sono misere da presa in giro per non parlare dei costi. La carta dei vini è folle, non c’è un vino sotto i 60 euro, (vini presenti, se presenti, ne ho scelti all’inizio tre ed erano esauriti,) l’ho trovato un furto ingiustificato. Un gran peccato, la location è veramente bella e si adatta ad eventi e feste ma da non prendere in considerazione per la disorganizzazione del personale e dei costi ingiustificati! Peccato

The hotel is a work of art. The staff is really helpful. Loved being on the park and close to so many amazing restaurants. Bathrooms are new and spacious. Beds are really comfortable. The only issue is we put the do not disturb on our door. Told the staff not to clean the room. Came home from lunch and they were in our room. It made our young kids really uncomfortable.

It pains me to write this because this is a pretty charming hotel that unfortunately suffers from poor management. I have stayed at this hotel a couple of times. It is so beautifully appointed and the location is fantastic. On my last trip there in July of 2024 I was informed at check in that they were working on repairing an air-conditioning problem. This is an expensive boutique 5 star hotel and over the two days that we were there the problem was never rectified. I was told by management that there would be some sort of compensation for my 2 night $1200 stay due to the fact that the room was boiling and sleep was hard to come by. It was absolutely TERRIBLE and you couldn't open the windows to cool down due to mosquitos. Really unacceptable for a 5 star hotel. Upon checkout I was told that someone higher up the management chain would have to approve a discount on my $1200 two night bill. I was given an email to try and rectify the bill. I never got a response to my email and here I am with the burden of having to spend my time and energy fighting for them to do the right thing I really want this hotel to succeed but I feel really ripped off and felt I should share this experience. This was an EASY thing to make right. While I was there I was so kind and understanding while they tried to fix the problem. Perhaps they read this as weakness on my part? These things do happen but you absolutely have to compensate your guests. You can not charge them full price for terrible guest experience.
