Milan Spa Hotels

The Conceirge, Savo, went above and beyond and completely exceeded our expectations when assisting us with travel plans. The room was cleaned twice daily. Front desk staff were all professional and kind. The food was wonderful. Our room had a lovely view of the park. We enjoyed the walk to the Duomo and charm of the surrounding area. We were happy with everything this hotel had to offer.

Not to mention the location is the best! The staff were very very friendly. They were very kind and helpful with taxi reservations, luggage storage, and other inquiries. And he said thank you in Korean, and he was very attentive, so I had a good time. The black interior seems to be a dislike. But there was no shower in the review, but was it remodeled? There was a shower. I recommend it!!

This was quite the experience…! On arrival at check in, we were informed that the hotel had decided to upgrade us. We had originally booked a superior double but we were upgraded for whatever reason to a suite. The room was pretty outstanding with its own sauna and hot tub and swing in the corner! The tv was massive and there was a mini bar with complimentary water and soft drinks as well as another mini bar with an extensive drink selection for additional fee. The room was lovely and unexpected but so Impractical. There was little tabletop space to do hair/make up. The only shower was in the middle of the room with zero privacy - fine if you are a couple, not ideal if you’re with family! The bed was nice but randomly in the centre of the room. It was all very flashy and fancy but just a little impractical. We decided to pay for breakfast last minute which was a huge mistake. £36 for two people and it was truly awful so don’t make the mistake we did - there are plenty of cafes round about. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk to the duomo and shopping area. I would definitely recommend staying here just maybe not in the suite!

I really like the style of the Armani Hotel, the minimalist design concept, the room size is not very large, but the hotel in the center of Europe is basically like this, the location is excellent, it is very convenient to eat, go shopping and go to the scenic spots, highly recommended, It is more expensive to pay for breakfast.

It’s not the first time to choose Chateau Monfort. Every time the services were excellent! Room very clean, breakfast best quality, room service very punctual and of good quality, concierge very supportive and efficient. The whole atmosphere was cozy!

It is very true that a picture and an image tell their own powerful story! When my husband Guy and I arrived back at the Westin Hotel from Florence, Guy got down on the floor of the hotel reception on both knees to offer a prayer of thanks to Riccardo, the Head Concierge of the Magical Concierge Team. This is how grateful and delighted we were with the services of the Concierge team of Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia. Riccardo was unphased by us not having made Porter reservations for the Railway station. He said he would find a way to help for us with our large luggage. The combination of Riccardo’s skills and connections achieved a mini miracle; our taxi driver to Milan station had been briefed on how to secure porter assistance and the plan was executed with military precision. A young man appeared from nowhere to provide this assistance. This type of service can only be achieved by a Magical Concierge Team. Riccardo, Andrea and Silvia also scored perfection on our return journey from Florence to Milan. As the train arrived at Milan Central, Porter Andrea was holding up a sign with my name on it with the universal thumbs up signal. Watching this Porter lift two suitcases weighing around 20 kilos each from the overhead baggage rack as though they were a feather, was astonishing. Between them Porter Andrea and Mario, the driver of the chauffeur service ensured a seamless arrival back at the Westin. We recommend this Concierge team without any hesitation as the best.

The Klima hotel is absolutely lovely. The service was wonderful, all of the staff were polite and friendly and we got a”Bonjourno!”or a “Ciao!” every time we passed. The room was spacious and the bed was huge! The shower was powerful and everywhere very clean. The location is within an industrial estate but the bus stop is a 5 minute walk, the tram stop is a 10 min walk, and the local train station is a 15 minutes walk, with a Milano card, this was great. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We tested two types of room The classic room very nice I forgot to take pictures but very pleasant. Then the next day we decided to stay an extra night and this time we got a suite with a jacuzzi in a large bathtub, very nice, A bottle of wine on arrival was waiting for us in each of the rooms. the breakfast is very pleasant in the glass roof, at the very top, with a pretty terrace. You can choose what you want for breakfast (see photo) it's very varied with very good breads. The staff is very pleasant. He speaks very good English very good French and maybe other languages. The situation is just exceptional next to the cathedral and the great shopping mall, magnificent and La Scala. The universe. On the other hand, it is very design and may seem cold but it is very clean. Very well maintained is brand new. So perfect for we highly recommend.

Splendid!!!!! I’m kinda wordless but just highly recommend this extraordinary hotel! It’s located at the center of Milan city center. 2 minutes walk to the central station. 15minites drive to the Milan cathedral and shopping district. Very good scenery at the restaurant patio on 7th floor. All the staff are too nice to believe. Greeting and smiling all the time, very attentive and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast and macaroons every day! Issam and every staff from the reception is so helpful. Concierge and velvet parking are also fantastic! They helped me to mail the postcard, which surprised me. Although the hotel is pricy, I still strongly recommend and I personally ensure that I will be back in the near future. When I arrived, 3 receptionist talking to each other, didn’t acknowledge me at all. After a minute of standing there finally someone said hello. I felt so uncomfortable and not welcomed at all, i wanted to leave already. A half empty water bottle was left in my mini bar. On my last night i took a shower and wanted to order room service and go to bed early as i had to wake up at 5am. I kept calling front desk to connect me to room service and they kept saying “we will let them know to call you”. Why do i need to wait over 20 minutes for somebody to take my order? Nobody called me back, i was in my bathrobe ready to relax but i had to change and go downstairs as I was hungry. I asked the receptionist what is going on she said “they are busy”. I said but thats not my problem, why is nobody taking my order? Why is nobody calling me back for 20 minutes? I need to order food. She smiled and said “You can go complain to the restaurant manager”. I said “sorry is this a joke?!” She just stood there smiling. At that point i was just upset and i walked into the restaurant. 3 tables! Only 3 tables and you cant pick up the phone to take my order?! I was absolutely shocked. I spoke to the Restaurant manager and he said “It will be quicker if you sit down”. I had no choice, and I sat down for dinner. That was not my plan. I was so annoyed. Finally after dinner going back upstairs to sleep. Someone knocks at my door at 1am!!! I said “No”! The person says” Que No - Aqua!” I realised its room service knocking at the WRONG DOOR!! He went next door and gave the water to the right person who ordered it. I couldnt sleep until 3am and had to wake up again. Never again will I stay at this Hotel. The service is horrific. Definitely not worth the money spend. Sadly the google reviews are switched off otherwise i would write the same review there.
