Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa struttura e il giudizio è sostanzialmente molto positivo anche se qualche appunto va fatto. La Hall dell’hotel moderna e veramente bella. La camera matrimoniale di buone dimensioni anche se il materasso era usurato e da sostituire. Visto che il riposo è importante per un ospite è importante che questi aspetti siano valutati. Bagno grande anche se un po’ datato. Visto il tipo di struttura potrebbe essere rimodernizzato. La colazione è il vero fiore all’occhiello. Per tutti i viaggi che ho fatto in Italia e nel mondo è sicuramente una delle migliori se non forse la migliore in assoluto. Ampissima scelta di dolci (cornetti alla crema, alla nutella, al pistacchio.. bomboloni.. torte..confetture di marmellate di tutti i tipi..) Per chi come me ama il dolce a colazione rimarrà a bocca aperta. Ottima scelta tuttavia anche di frutta, salato vario e reparto glutee free. Veramente voto 10+. Anche i ragazzi che sono lì a servire super disponili e gentili. Nel complesso se dovremo tornare a Milano Marittima questa sarà sicuramente la nostra meta.

Ottima posizione e buffet colazione eccellente. Alcune pecche nelle camere. Mio bagno aveva sciacquone rotto e così é rimasto. Un 4 stelle non può permetttersi disagi così. Anche in sala colazione abbiamo visto per 4 giorni asciugamano piscina per terra sotto una perdita d acqua. Non é il massimo.

L hotel è situato in una posizione favorevole per passeggiate serali Punti a favore Letto molto comodo Piscina semiolimpionica molto bella Colazione davvero spettacolare quasi mai vista tanta varietà di frutta pregiata c era persino il polline brioche storte attenzione per i celiaci e gli intolleranti al lattosio con vasta varietà di latti vegetali Punti negativi Un po’ decadente nell manutenzione dell struttura con mattonelle rotte e verde poco curato ma nel complesso ottima struttura

Ci ritorno da diversi anni in agosto e ritengo che sia il miglior hotel 4 stelle per qualita’ e servizio e offre la spiaggia compresa Si mangia benissimo sia alla carta che a buffeAlla sera in giardino ce’ sempre trattenimento musicale e divertimento

Le Palme is a little tired. Bathrooms are functional but in need of an update. They had small/old jacuzzi/body jet shower, but that left almost no room for the toilet. I'm only 6'3" but couldn't sit straight on the toilet.
The hotel has plenty of facilities, but beware that you'll have to pay for almost all of them. Parking €20 a night, Spa €10 a visit, Sun Loungers €40 per couple, Dinner €45 per person, set menu. Small bottle of still water €2.50 - there are none provided in the room.
Neither the pool bar nor the lobby bar was staffed. We were pointed towards the beach bar, a 200m walk across the car-park, to fetch ourselves drinks for around the pool.
The hotel is in a good location nearby local restaurants and a surprisingly good shopping area. The promenade by the beach is nice, but sits behind an unending row of beach clubs, so you can't see the sea whilst promenading.
The old town and marina area in Cervia are lovely and you can find good quality and well priced seafood at restaurants along the river.
Overall, enjoyable, but well below the expected experience for a 4 star hotel.

Un curieux mélange d’hôtel plutôt haut de gamme mais avec des éléments qui tirent l’impression vers le bas : literie très ancienne et de mauvaise qualité. Rideaux tellement vieux qu’ils sont plein de trous de mites qui laissent passer la lumière. Salle de bain des années 80 .
