Everyone we talked to here was very nice, but I especially want to call attention to the gentleman in dining. He was so friendly to the guests, but he also made the best scones I ever had. They were chocolate chip, which I don't come across very often. Plus, they were freshly baked. I highly recommend!

The staff here -- Rebecca and Greg and another front desk person who unfortunately i didn't get the name of -- are all EXCELLENT. They go the extra mile. Rebecca kindly upgraded our room to a one-bedroom, and Greg schlepped to another building to get us more pillows. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was fine, but the real highlight was the warm helpfulness of the staff.

The food is great, all of the staff is so nice and keep the place so clean. Troy at breakfast is so friendly and helpful. I’m very grateful to have had such excellent service. I had a knee replacement surgery last week, and the Residence Inn has made my recovery so easy and pleasant.

Hotel is clean. Service was good. Breakfast choice was sub par. One of the bedrooms in Room 215 was incredibly noisy from what appears to be a heating system that was outside the window...clearly management must have been aware of this. This room shouldn't be rented.

Troy (Breakfast specialist) Was very attentive and gracious to me and my family. He made my breakfast experience very special, With a short discussion of what I was looking for. When I came to breakfast and I was wished for waffles and there was none, So by chance my husband went back down to find that Troy made me waffles. Wishes do come true!!!! I cannot thank him enough Thank you, dear sir.
