Not told on check in that if we wanted maid service we had to request it because they do not service rooms daily. Had to track down towels, couch was the worst!

Liked separate toilet & two sinks. Didn’t like cold shower one time when no hot water. Liked breakfast & access to coffee.

Great staff - very friendly. Would have liked GF options on breakfast bar, but it was good for my fam. Great king room w divider for kid to sleep on sleeper couch.

I think in the future, the company should spend less on fancy interior woodwork and more on insulating the walls and floors. $350.00 for a night is a bit much to have to listen to neighboring rooms talk, run water and walk heavily on the floor. For that kind of money, it should be dead silent!!

Springville Suites Quakertown was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the layout of the room. The lobby was clean. We would choose to stay here again.

With so many choices in the area, this has become our go to stay place when visiting family. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Check in and out was easy. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Housekeeping was excellent. Bed and pillows were good. My only complaint - the lighting in the bathroom (s) isn’t great - in fact, it’s awful! The breakfast is fine and a great, easy way to start your day. Amenities (pool, exercise room) are more than adequate for our stay. We will be back in the Spring.

The front desk person was not helpful while trying to get prices. The breakfast buffet looked ravaged and not kept. Couldn't find any staff when needed. Trash outside from the night before. Ugh! Where is Management? All the staff either couldn't speak English or they looked like they just got out of a Rehab!
