My husband and were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. The staff was friendly and helpful, our room was a good size overlooking the airport runway. The hotel was very clean and a great variety for breakfast each day. We loved the public transit which was right out the front door, Caltrain and BART which we used several times to go to Oracle Park even though we had a car. A great experience for sure! We would come back again.

The room was nice and had a mini-kitchen. The property is newer and is well-maintained. Great location, walking distance to the BART station, convenience stores, and restaurants. Only two minor issues: 1. The don’t offer free water beyond the first 2 they give you at check-in. You have to buy or bring more. 2. Their point of sale is not set up to bypass PIN codes for overseas credit cards, so we had to switch the method of payment, which was inconvenient. Beyond that, the staff was friendly and we would stay there again.

Great new hotel with a perfect location to everything. In/Out burger just across the street. Quiet, comfortable, wonderful staff and service. Extended our stay an extra night.

Room was nice - very large and worth the price to be close to the airport. Unfortunately, no dinner to be had if you don't drive or want to pay for Uber Eats.

convenient travel to/from SFO

The hotel is a three-minute drive from the airport, which is still very close. If you don't want to take public transportation at night, it is still very convenient to take an Uber. There is a designated area for taking a taxi, which costs 28 dollars. The hotel is very new and clean. The room is relatively comfortable and quiet, except that there is an exhaust fan in the bathroom that cannot be turned off. When the bathroom door is closed, there is a little noise. The bed is very soft. The whole person can sink into it. A 1.5-meter twin bed family travels without pressure. The breakfast is simple, but it is included in the room price. It saves you from looking for food outside, which is probably not cheap.

The hotel is very good overall. There will be more restaurants around in the future. It is very convenient to go to and from the airport, the front desk service is very good, and the laundry room is also convenient. Overall good, recommended.

The room is large and new, elegantly decorated, fully equipped, and surrounded by restaurants and shopping, which is safe and quiet. The most noteworthy thing is that the kitchen is quite well equipped, including a dishwasher and a garbage disposal. We bought vegetables at a nearby supermarket and cooked a dinner. The experience was very good and exceeded our expectations.

The room was clean overall, but it was not cleaned. I wanted to change my towels, so I asked the front desk and they brought them right away.

The kitchen is well-equipped, very satisfied! The Vietnamese girl at the front desk was very nice! The price includes breakfast, but unfortunately I couldn't get out of bed and didn't try it! The coffee was delicious! The toaster was very satisfied!

Good location, new hotel, no airport shuttle. 100 meters opposite to Millbrae Station. One stop from the airport by BART. But this stop costs $5, which is quite expensive. Breakfast is pretty good, make your own waffles, which is my favorite.

The room is clean and sanitary, the facilities are complete and new, the surrounding environment is quiet, comfortable and safe, and there are large supermarkets and many restaurants within a 30-minute walk

The hotel is very new, there are Chinese restaurants and supermarkets nearby, with a small kitchen, it will be very convenient if you bring children and want to cook a light meal. You can eat whatever you want for breakfast, and there is a charge for Internet access. I thought there was no charge and I connected to the Wi-Fi directly. When I left, I charged 20 US dollars💲.

It's okay...a newly renovated hotel...a bit expensive to catch up with the APEC meeting...maybe you will choose it again in the future
