From the moment I arrived, it felt like I was royalty! Rej on reception was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of his way to make sure my stay was perfect. The room itself was luxurious and comfortable, with all of the amenities you could want from a five-star hotel

Extremely friendly welcome by Rej at the front desk. I've stayed in many Premier Inns but by far this one exceeded personal expectations in terms of customer service, surrounding quietness and open space. The people at this site are exceptional including the restaurant next door. I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and already looking forward for the next adventure.

Had a great stay here with a special shout out to the receptionist, Rej. Lovely guy who was helpful and friendly. Hotel clean and room comfortable. Great location with ample parking. Parking is chargeable but good value.

When coming into reception Rej greeted me with welcoming manner making me feel at home. He is a down to earth bloke who likes to get to know his customers. There are always plenty of spaces to park your car. Milton Keynes is a great place for driving. It’s very handy to have a beef eater next door. 100% recommend.

Comfy bed and brilliant shower and excellent front desk lead by Rej. Stayed in other Premier Inns however this one is probably the best in the last 12 months. Check-in was extremely quick, simple explanations about the parking and the local area. He was extremely helpful, five stars.

Had doubts about this place but young Rej welcomed me with open arms and swiftly proved all the doubts wrong. Contrary to the bad reviews, if any, I was surprised to find my room immaculately presented. The level of etiquette here made me feel if I was in Buckingham Palace. The shower temperature / pressure was a complete marvel that I could only simply behold.

Great staff so far here especially Rej at the front desk. The hotel is in a lovely area, close to the city centre. Food is good at the Beefeater next door. Ample parking, there are always spaces available. Rej is very friendly and helpful which adds extra value to the stay.

Excellent service by Rej at reception, can’t fault it stayed here for 5 weeks so far , and will be returning soon . Nice quiet part of town and comfortable rooms. 1 min walk from cacaos and everything else you need including a restaurant next door

I always live here and see the same bloke named Red on reception…I guess he lives here too. The rooms are good enough and Rej always provides first class service. Always a welcoming greeting with a friendly smile. Prefer this Premier Inn to any other.
